STOP! PLEASE READ To assemble the Inspire Fitness CDVK, follow the hardware listing for the CDVK on the hardware board. For example, the hardware for STEP 1 is found on the hardware board in the section listed as: CDVK-Step 1 PT1-Step 1 And the hardware for STEP 2 is found on the hardware board in the section listed as: CDVK-Step 2 PT1-Step 2 Simply follow the listings for the CDVK steps on the hardware board. STEP 1 1 Attach Right & Left Legs (#3R & 3L) to Main Upright (#2) & Main Base (#1) using: Three M10 x 4 1/8 bolts with six washers and three locknuts Attach Main Upright (#2) to Main Base (#1) using: One M10 x 4/5 bolt with one flat washer Note: Finger Tighten Only Page 6 02/11

STEP 2 Attach Left & Right Support Arms (#4L & 4R) to Main Upright (#2) using: Two M10 x 4 bolts with two flat washers and two locknuts Attach Both Support Arms (#4L & 4R) to both Legs (#3L & 3R) using: Two M10 x 3 1/8 bolts four large washers and two locknuts Step 5: Attach Cross Brace (#5) to Support Arms (#4L & 4R) Using: Four M8 x 1 3/5 bolts and four locknuts Note: Wrench Tighten Steps 1 and 2 now. Page 7 02/11

STEP 3 Attach Lat Bar Assembly (#7) to Top Beam Assembly (#6) Using: Two M10 x 4 7/8 bolts two flat washers and two locknuts Top Cover (#19) is already attached to Lat Bar Assembly (#7): NO HARDWARE REQUIRED Note: Wrench tighten Step 3 now. Page 8 02/11

STEP 4 Attach Top Beam (#6) to Main Upright (#2) Using: Two M10 x 2 3/4 bolts, two flat washers and two locknuts Note: Wrench tighten Step 4 now. Page 9 02/11

STEP 5 Install Support Cable (#17) by threading both anchor bolts (#47) into the Main Base (#1) and the Top Beam (#6). Tighten both anchor bolts until cable is tight. IMPORTANT: BE SURE TO THGHTEN BOTH JAM NUTS (#31) ONTO THE FRAME! Page 10 02/11

STEP 6 THIS STEP REQUIRES 2 PEOPLE. Attach Right & Left Handlebars (#8R & 8L) to Main Beam Assembly (#2) Using: One M12 x 3 5/8 bolt, one 12mm flat washer, one 10mm flat washer and one locknut. The larger 12mm washer goes on first. Slightly tighten the bolt and nut. Attach Right Handlebar (#8R) to Left Handlebar (#8L) Using: One Connector Plate, four M8 x 3/5 bolts and four flat washers Note: Fully Wrench tighten all of Step 6 now. Page 11 02/11

STEP 7 Attach Arm Cushions (#10) to Right & Left Handlebars (#8R & 8L) Using: Four M10 x 4/5 bolts and four flat washers Note: Wrench tighten Step 7 now but do not over tighten. Page 12 02/11

STEP 8 Attach U Brackets (#13) to Backrest Cushion (#11) using: Four M10 x 4/5 bolts and four flat washers Note: Wrench tighten now but do not over tighten. Page 13 02/11

STEP 9 Attach the Backrest Cushion (#11) to the flange on the Main Upright (#2). Attach Left and Right Push Up Tubes (#16L & #16R) to Left and Right Legs (#3L & 3R) Page 14 02/11

GENERAL MAINTENANCE INFORMATION Periodically inspect the cables for splitting, cracking or fraying. Also, watch for bulging or flat areas in the cable. Immediately replace cables at the first signs of damage or wear. Never use equipment with damaged or worn cables. Cables naturally stretch over time, so check cable slack periodically and adjust cable tension as needed. Regularly inspect product for loose hardware. Do not use or store equipment outdoors. Inspect snap links, swivels, handles and weight stack pin for wear or damage. If wear or damage exists, replace immediately. Locate and familiarize yourself with all warning decals on the home gym. Replace damaged or worn upholstery immediately. Periodically wipe down guide rods with a dry cloth and re-apply a thin coat of a teflon-based lubricant. PAGE 17

LIMITED WARRANTY In-Home Lifetime Warranty. This Warranty applies only in the United States to Inspire strength products manufactured or distributed by Health In Motion LLC. The warranty period to the original purchaser is lifetime of the original purchaser. Health In Motion warrants that the Product you have purchased for non-commercial, personal, family or household use from Health In Motion LLC or from an authorized Health In Motion reseller is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the Product, is your proof of the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Product from you. It excludes expendable parts such as paint and finish. This Warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the Product is assembled / installed according to the instructions / directions included with the Product. Replacement and repair of parts. During the warranty period Health In Motion will at no additional charge, repair or replace the Product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this Warranty under normal non-commercial, personal, family, or household use. In repairing the product Health In Motion may replace defective parts with, at the option of Health In Motion, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance, or new parts. All exchanged parts and Products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Health In Motion. Health In Motion reserves the right to change manufacturers and or specification of any part to cover any existing warranty. Service procedures. To obtain warranty parts, you must return the parts to Health In Motion or an authorized Health In Motion retailer in its original container (or equivalent). You must pre-pay any shipping charges, taxes, or any other charges associated with transportation of the Product. In addition, you are responsible for insuring any Product shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss during shipment. You must present Health In Motion with proof-of-purchase documents (including the date of purchase, Model, and Serial Number). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof -of-purchase documents will be cause to void this Warranty. Conditions and Exceptions. This Warranty does not extend to any Product not purchased from Health In Motion LLC or from an authorized Health In Motion reseller. This Warranty does not extend to any Product that has been damaged or rendered defective; (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Health In Motion; (c) by modification of the Product; (d) as a result of service by anyone other than Health In Motion, or an authorized Health In Motion warranty service provider; (e) product that has not been properly maintained (follow maintenance schedule found on product). Should any product submitted for Warranty service be found to be ineligible, an estimate of repair cost will be furnished and the repair will be made if requested by you upon Health In Motion receipt of payment or acceptable arrangement of payment.
