2 Opis dejavnosti Predmet našega poslovanja je razvoj, proizvodnja in prodaja elektroenergetske opreme za izgradnjo elektro sistemov do 36 kv. Dobavljamo tudi vso ostalo opremo, ki jo pri nas naročijo elektrodistribucije. Inovativnost V svojih proizvodih imamo vgrajenih 5 lastnih patentov, ki jih uspešno tržimo. Description of activities Subject of our business is development, production and sale of power transport equipment intended for constructions of electro systems to 36 kv. Our most important products are: Composite insulators ZnO surge arresters Junction equipment Concentric material Beside sale of own products we supply elements for low and middle voltage power line networks as are: pillars, braces, spirals for fixing conductors, concrete bench mats, clamps, screws. Also we supply all other equipment that electro distribution companies order from us. Innovations In our products we have build-in 5 own patents, which we successfully market. VN laboratorij Splošno HV laboratory Generally Obratovanje V podjetju imamo laboratorij opremljen z napravami za opravljanje električnih in mehanskih meritev. V glavnem je namenjen lastnim potrebam za izvajanje preskusov od razvoja do validacije izdelka. Vršimo tudi usluge za podjetja, raziskovalne institucije in izobraževalne ustanove. Na osnovi dobljenih rezultatov naši strokovnjaki izdajajo preskusne poročila in strokovna mnenja. Natančnost meritev in verodostojnost podatkov zagotavljamo z rednim umerjanjem instrumentov s strani akreditirane institucije. Mostly we use laboratory for own needs to perform various tests from early phase of development to final validation of product. Accuracy of measurements and credibility of data we assure with regular calibration of instruments from side of accredited institution. 53 Področje dela Laboratorij je namenjen preskušanju prenapetostnih odvodnikov vseh napetostnih nivojev in izolatorjev visoke in nizke napetosti do 60 kv obratovalne napetosti. Pri prenapetostnih odvodnikih se meritve izvajajo na blokih do 6 kv. Uporabljajo se močni tokovni impulzi različnih oblik, kakor jih določata standarda IEC 60099-4 in IEC 61643. Preskusi izolatorjev se izvajajo z izmenično napetostjo do višine 220 kv in z udarno napetostjo oblike vala 1,2/50 µs do višine 500 kv. Fields of application The laboratory is designed for testing surge arresters of entire voltage levels and insulators of low and high voltages up to 60 kv of the operating voltage. Surge arresters are tested on the blocks up to 6 kv. High current pulses of different shapes are used for testing, as defined by standards IEC 60099-4 and IEC 61643. Uporabljamo ga tudi za meritev ohmske komponente uhajavega toka odvodnikov prenapetosti. The same generator is used to define a reference voltage of surge arresters in accordance with IEC 60099-4 and IEC 61643. It is also used to measure a resistive component of the leakage current of surge arresters. Lightning impulse voltage generator Peak value of lightning impulse 1,2/50 μs: 500 kv With this generator a lightning impulse voltage can be generated to test the insulators in accordance with standards IEC 61109, IEC 61952 and IEC 60383 and to test surge arresters in accordance with standard IEC 60099-4.
