No. IS TOGGLE BEAM PUNCH Photograph No. 1591 Patent Applied For This highly improved type of Beam Punch has been designed to meet the increasing requirements of steel fabricating shops to handle a range of structural shapes and sections for both flange and web punching in one handling. The tool equipment can be furnished in several styles as found most suitable for.the work to be performed. The tools illustrated in photograph 1591 are used for odd hole Beam Punching, with a range from 6" H Beam to 36" wide flange Beam. Photographs 1682 and 1683 illustrate more of a straight production set up. Special tools covering a large variety of punching problems can be applied to these machines. The die space can also be modified if wider ram face is required. The Ram cannot tilt or twist, it has no overhang. The entire load can be concentrated for flange or web punching.
No. 14 TOGGLE BEAM PUNCH Punching Tools with double gag punching and die holders. Two diameters on each pitch line which saves time, money and re-handling as two diameter holes can be punched on same pitch line without loss of time to change tools. Control Levers for production or duplicate punching. This is also a time saver. Gag can be operated singly by detaching levers. NOTE-Clear Working Space. Clutch Control Levers on each side of Punch. Punching Tools with Double Gag Units NOTE-Small Fl oor Space. Do not overlook speed. This is the Fastest Large Punch Made. All top dies level, therefore plates can be punched with same tools.
No. 14 TOGGLE BEAM PUNCH Equipped With Spacing Table and Beam Handler Patent Appl ied for The above photograph illustrates the Toggle Beam Punch equipped with Spacing Table and Beam Handler or Turn Over which transfers the Beam from flange to web punching, requiring less than thirty seconds for the largest Beam. Same is controlled by the punch operator. See photographs 1678 and 1679. Rolls for Flange Punching adjustable from die level down to handle 36" Beams. Motor driven. The Beam Handler adjustable to handle all sizes. See Page 6 for Capacity and Speed.
No. 14 TOGGLE PUNCH Automatic Beam Handler transfering beam from flange to Web Punching Patent Applied for LARGE DIE SPACE. SMALL FLOOR SPACE
