WHO ARE WE? Oxygen Labs Srl is an European Company, with main place of business in Italy. The core business is divided into three macro areas: Aviation Consultancy / Advisor; Aviation Training Center; Trade and Innovation; The company was born in 2010 after 15 years of freelance work and the professional experiences of the Foresto Aeronautical Studio. In this years Oxygen Labs has contributed to the growth of some Aircraft Operators with NAA and EASA Certification; Moreover has collaborated for the economic growth of its Customers, managing specific financial projects required by third Companies, Ministries, Government, Research Centers, Hospitals and the European Commission. Oxygen Labs work to obtain certifications for its customers, and maintain certifications to the European standard provided by EASA European Aviation Safety Agency. Page 3

OUR SERVICES AVIATION DEPARTMENT develops managerial aeronautical consulting services on behalf of certified aerial operators and owners of aircrafts. Oxygen Labs provides courses on aeronautical normative and engineering; it operates under the rules amended by the Aeronautical Authorities ENAC, EASA and FAA, under the ICAO standards. The Management and the staff of Oxygen Labs has ENAC and EASA aeronautical certification such as: Role in Technical and Quality Director in Airliner, POA, DOA, CAMO, AMO 145; Safety Director as Operational Regulation and Training as ATO and 147; LMA licence; Licence for emission of airworthiness revision and extension certificate (ARC); Company certifications such as certification EASA Part 21 POA (Subpart F) for the production of kit and equipment; Other licences for the training (EASA E-Examiner); Our staff of Aeronautical engineers has huge aviation experience background, coming from Italian and European Polytechnic University. ABOUT FLYON.AERO We strongly believe in the importance of the training as a tool for improving the effectiveness and the efficiency of the business trials. The specific formation of the staff is the tool that involves economic advantages to the firm in terms of management of the trials and also for the organization. For this reason Oxygen Labs has created Flyon.Aero, a brand specialized in providing training services approved EASA 147 and courses on the National Authorities Rules and EASA regulation, training of technical staff, updating and recurrent courses. This particularly to Aerial Operators, Airline, Design Organization, Production Organization, Engineers, Manager, Executives, Technical Staff, Pilots, Personnel of operative offices, Airworthiness office.
