Please be sure to bag your trash before putting it into the cart labeled Trash. you will use the cart with the LIGHT BLUE lid for All-in-one-Recycling TM. There is no need to separate or bag your recyclables, just place them into the cart with the LIGHT BLUE lid. Trash and recycling are picked up once per week on the same day as part of this program. Place carts at least two feet apart from each other. Trash and recycle carts are available in three sizes, 35, 65 and 95 gallon, to meet your needs. Please call 702-735-5151 to request a different size or if your cart requires repair or replacement due to damage. our new system will be using automated trucks and will only work with the carts that we have provided for you. Useful Tips All non-recyclable trash should be bagged prior to being placed in your cart labeled Trash. Place recyclables in the cart with the LIGHT BLUE lid. There is no need to separate recyclables. You may put your address on your carts using white adhesive tape. Please do not paint your address on the carts. Do not overfill your cart. The lid should close fully. Remember that trash, recycling and bulky items are emptied by different trucks at different times of the day. Each truck only goes through the neighborhood once. Your old trash cans can only be serviced on bulk pick up days. If your trash or recycling carts need repair call 702-735-5151. When moving, please call 702-735-5151 to schedule a pick up of your carts. Republic Services offers a disability service if you are unable to roll your carts to the street. Please call us at 702-735-5151 to receive more information. Place your carts at the curb the night before your scheduled collection day with the wheels against the curb. Place carts at least two feet apart from each other. Keep carts away from objects like mail boxes and electrical boxes. Please be sure to share your new bulk pick up schedule with your landscaper and tape your bulk calendar to the wall in your garage to remind you of your scheduled bulk pick up days. Sign up To Receive our enewsletter Extra Bags for the occasional times when you find yourself with more trash than you have room for in the supplied carts, place the bags next to the cart and the driver will reload the cart one additional time. if you find yourself with extra bags on a regular basis please call us at 702-735-5151 to receive an additional cart. Bulk Pickup Palm fronds are considered a bulk item and need to be tied up and neatly placed at the curb for pick up. Household appliances and other items that do not fit in your carts are also considered bulk items and will be collected on your scheduled bulk pickup dates.
