Allow some extra lenth in the tubin. (2) Outside diameter of polyurethane tubin is swelled by applyin internal pressure. As such, it may be that the tubin cannot be re-inserted into a one-touch fittins. ake sure to confirm the tubin outside diameter, and when the accuracy of the outside diameter is more than + 0.15, insert into a one-touch fittin aain, not cuttin the tubin to use it. When tubin is re-inserted into a one-touch fittin, make sure to confirm that the tubin was able to o throuh the release bushin smoothly. (3) Grasp the tubin, slowly push it straiht (0 to 5 ) into the One-touch fittin until it comes to a stop. () After insertin the tubin, pull on it lihtly to confirm that it will not come out. If it is not installed securely all the way into the fittin, this can cause problems such as air leakae or the tubin pullin out. (5) When attachin tubes, resin plus, metal rods, etc., do not push the release button while attachin. Also, do not push the release button before attachin. his may cause releasin. 2) Detachin of tubin (1) Push in the release bushin sufficiently. When doin this, push the collar evenly. (2) Pull out the tubin while holdin down the release bushin so that it does not come out. If the release bushin is not pressed down sufficiently, there will be increased bite on the tubin and it will become more difficult to pull it out. (3) When the removed tubin is to be used aain, cut off the portion which has been chewed before reusin it.
