HIGH ENERGETIC EFFICIENCY All basic modules are fitted out with twied scroll compressors i order to assure costatly very high classes of eergetic efficiecy ad seasoal eergetic idexes (ESEER ad IPLV). This allows to perfectly ad quickly follow system load variatios. Moreover, the Hybrid Smart Coolig eables to icrease to 40% the eergetic efficiecy. HYBRID SMART COOLING, A NEW LOGIC TO CHOOSE A COOLING UNIT The choice is t aymore at 5 C, but at a lower temperature, as for istace at 0 C. It s from this temperature o that Hybrid Smart Coolig works ad the coolig uit is able to exactly satisfy the system power demad. Hybrid Smart Coolig is the oly system i the world which allows to reduce cosumptio of eergy ad meawhile to reduce the iitial ivestmet costs. Hybrid Smart Coolig uses water. Ayway cosumptios are extremely low. If outdoor temperature is up to a 0 C there is o cosumptio, at 5 C the water cosumptio is equal to 7 litres/hour for each coolig kwh produced, icreasig to 0 litres/hour for each kwh whe the outdoor temperature raises to 45 C. The water requiremets ca be compared to a evaporative tower (about 7/litres/h kwh) but it is just ecessary whe the air temperature is higher tha 0 C. PARTIAL LOAD HIGH EFFICIENCY THANKS TO THE HUGE NUMBER OF CHOKING STEPS Thaks to the combiatio of multiple machies it is possible to icrease efficiecies at partial loads. For the sizes equipped with two compressors of differet power, it is possibile to obtai capacity steps. This icreases partial load efficiecy ad the seasoal average efficiecies of the idividual machie ad the system of machies. INNOVATIVE COOLING CIRCUIT C settig: coolig circuit etirely made of copper, it icludes refrigerat chargig, thermostatic expasio valve up to size 00, electroic expasio valve from size 00 to size 00, dehydratig filter, liquid idicator, soleoid valve, high ad low pressure trasducers, high ad low pressure switches. The coolig circuits are made up of cotrolled atmosphere welds ad they are evacuated, desiccated, pressure tested, loaded with precisio by meas of a specially provided electroic istrumetatio. The slave cards maage their ow compressors accordig to the timig suggested by the master oe, to codesatio ad to their circuit alarms. There are three types of alarms: SERIOUS ALARMS: maaged by a master card, they have as cosequece the deactivatio of the whole system, warig o the display, alarm buzzer, relay exit activatio of the geeral alarm (mail o the master card). They are: lack of water flow; possible warig of serious alarm o digital iput (lack/iversio of the triad of power supply voltages of the machie, curret leakage to groud). CIRCUIT ALARMS: they deactivate oly the circuit where they have occurred, give a text alarm o the display, activate the buzzer ad the geeral alarm output relay fitted o the master card. They are: high/low pressure; compressor thermal protectio; fas thermal protectio; temperature or pressure probe failure; SIGNAL-ONLY ALARMS: they oly give a sigal text o the display ad activate the geeral alarm output relay fitted o the master card, but they do't deactivate ay circuit of the machie. They are: uit maiteace time; compressor maiteace time; water pump maiteace time; et self-cotrol failure: for the multi-card coolig uits, this meas that oe ore more slave-addressed cards are off-lie.
