Our case management is service user-led fcusing n the achievement f hard utcmes, which supprt the service users within the framewrk f the pathways t reducing re-ffending (emplyment, educatin & training, husing, finance & debt, families, drug and alchl supprt). Bth Case Officer rles will be expected t cver an equal area f the regin as well as being able t cver fr ne anther as required. Supprt will be delivered in custdy at several prisns acrss the East f England as well as within the cmmunity fllwing release. Our Case Officers are there t prvide, thrugh vlunteer mentring, intensive, prfessinal supprt, mtivatin, knwledge and expertise. Experience f vlunteer recruitment and management wuld be an advantage.

Wrking with partners acrss the third, public and private sectrs the rle als requires a cmmitment t multi-agency wrking and the ability t fster psitive relatinships with vlunteers, partners, funders and key stakehlders. These will be between 9am and 5pm. Time ff in lieu will be granted fr any extra hurs that are required in additin t nrmal wrking hurs. Additinal hurs are t be wrked nly after cnsultatin and with permissin frm the pst hlder s line manager. Time ff in lieu must be taken as sn as pssible and by the end f the fllwing mnth. This pst is subject t a 6-mnth prbatinary perid wherein ne week s ntice is required n either side. Once cnfirmed in pst, the ntice perid is ne mnth. This pst is currently funded until 31/12/2020. Whilst all effrts will be made t secure cntinuing funding, Sva can nly guarantee the psts until these dates. 26 days, plus all Public Hlidays (pr rata t 28hrs per week) April - March Thse meeting eligibility criteria will be aut enrlled with Standard Life Travel csts incurred n behalf f wrk fr Sva, excluding travel t and frm a nrmal place f wrk, will be reimbursed within budget. The pst-hlder needs t ideally live within the regin as extrardinary travel csts will nt be payable i.e. high mileage travel frm hme utside the regin t place f wrk.
