Our case management is service user-led fcusing n the achievement f hard utcmes, which supprt the service users within the framewrk f the pathways t reducing re-ffending (emplyment, educatin & training, husing, finance & debt, families, drug and alchl supprt). Bth Case Officer rles will be expected t cver an equal area f the regin as well as being able t cver fr ne anther as required. Supprt will be delivered in custdy at several prisns acrss the East f England as well as within the cmmunity fllwing release.
