For eternal spandrel glazing, the outer pane should be made of toughened safety glass for thermal stress reasons. The outer pane must be capable of withstanding wind and snow loads. The glazing guidelines of the double glazing manufacturer must be observed. The technical regulations for preventing glazing from falling out must be observed. The Hadamar glazing regulations must be observed. Note on self cleaning glazing Gaskets for the use of self cleaning glazing such as Pilkington Active glass and SGG BIOCLEAN glazing made by Saint-Gobain Germany GmbH are supplied to special order with silicon free lubricant. The pre treatment of dry gaskets with wa allows them to be inserted easily, especially helpful with large gaskets and coupling gaskets. The wa is applied to the gaskets or profiles with a brush.
