SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS! Section One: SQ Version A TXW-SQ- TXW-RE- TXW-RE- SQ RE RE NOTE: Before beginning any electrical work, ensure that the power to the junction box is off. : Remove the two #-0 screws from the canopy using a /" Allen wrench to remove the crossbar. 0-TXW_0 #-0 B POWER SUPPLY CROSSBAR : Connect the neutral wire from the 0VAC circuit to the : Connect the hot wire from the 0VAC circuit to the black : Place the power supply and wires inside the junction box. C #- : Feed the low voltage wires from the power supply through the crossbar center hole. LOW VOLTAGE WIRES LOW VOLTAGE WIRES : Align the crossbar tabs vertically and mount the crossbar to the junction box with the two #- screws provided. CROSSBAR TAB
D : Connect the low voltage -VDC blue wire from the power supply to the -VDC black wire from the channel using a : Connect the low voltage +VDC orange wire from the power supply to the +VDC red wire from the channel using a : Place all the wires and wire nut connections inside the junction box. E 0 0: Place the fixture against the crossbar and secure it with the provided #-0 screws using a /" Allen wrench. #-0 0 Section Two: RE Version F HORIZONTAL ORIENTATION ADJUSTABLE BAR NOTE: Before beginning any electrical work, ensure that the power to the electrical box is off. : Mount each adjustable mounting bar to one side of the junction box and secure them with the provided mounting brackets and two Phillips screws. BRACKET G NOTE: The adjustable mounting bars mount to studs that are spaced " to " apart. # : Place the lips on the adjustable mounting bars against the studs. Secure the adjustable bars to the studs with the eight # screws. : Remove a knockout on the junction box to install the conduit (if required by local electrical code) and run the 0V power wires to the junction box. H : Connect the neutral wire from the 0VAC circuit to the POWER SUPPLY : Connect the hot wire from the 0VAC circuit to the black : Place the power supply and wires inside the junction box. I RECTANGLE OPENING DRYWALL : Mark the rectangular junction box opening shape on the drywall where the junction box will be located. DREMEL MULTI-MAX : Cut out the marked rectangle opening, using a "Dremel Multi- Max" with the "wood & drywall" cutting bit. : Install the drywall and plaster around the junction box. Sand and then paint. WOOD & DRYWALL CUTTING BIT J 0: Feed the wires of the channel through the goof plate. : Place the provided goof plate (paint to match prior) onto the Tie Stix channel. Secure it with the two /" #- socket head cap screws using a /" Allen wrench (provided). 0 GOOF #- SOCKET HEAD CAP : Feed the wires from the channel through the mounting plate. K : Connect the low voltage -VDC blue wire from the power supply to the -VDC black wire from the channel using a : Connect the low voltage +VDC orange wire from the power supply to the +VDC red wire from the channel using a : Place all the wires and wire connections inside the junction box.
L : Place the mounting plate into the junction box. Secure it with the two Phillips screws. M : Insert the socket head cap screws into the opening of the mounting plate, then slide sideways to lock in place. : If the drywall is thicker than /", use the two " #- socket head cap screws (provided) for the goof plate with a /" Allen wrench. BACK VIEW GOOF " #- SOCKET HEAD Section Three: RE Version N POWER SUPPLY NOTE: Ensure single gang box is oriented horizontally. : Connect the neutral wire from the 0VAC circuit to the : Connect the hot wire from the 0VAC circuit to the black : Place the power supply and wires inside the junction box. O : Feed the wires from the channel through the canopy. : Connect the low voltage -VDC blue wire from the power supply to the -VDC black wire from the channel using a : Connect the low voltage +VDC orange wire from the power supply to the +VDC red wire from the channel using a wire nut. : Place all the wires and wire connections inside the junction box.
