Contact Mike Wurster for more information. 3.Finance Committee - Do you have a passion for spreadsheets and numbers??! We need YOU! The HOA team would love to have a second set of eyes on our budget to continue keeping checks and balances in place. New Board Member In our February HOA board meeting, Glouchester Court resident Mike Wurster was appointed to our 5th and final board position for the remainder of the 2018-2019 term. Mike brings a wealth of experience and contacts from various local industries and he went right to work soliciting paving bids, concrete repair quotes, and working on replacement carpeting for the clubhouse. Mike brings additional energy to the board and we welcome his help!
Dumpster Dilemma s! Townhome owners To avoid THIS ----------> from happening, please read the following article about proper usage of the dumpsters and recycle bins. Let s respect each other and keep the trash IN the bins. Thank you! Dumpsters are for the exclusive use of Townhome residents as their trash removal is not serviced by the township. Single family home residents are NOT permitted to dispose of trash in the townhome dumpster. Dumpster fees are included in the HOA dues for all townhome residents. The dumpster charges are based upon volume. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you do not overflow the dumpsters the lids must close completely - or the HOA will incur additional dumpster fees and those fees will be passed along to townhome residents. Dumpsters are for normal household waste ONLY. If you are performing construction/ renovation, you are responsible for your own debris disposal. Please inform your contractors that the townhome dumpsters are not for construction debris disposal. The dumpsters are not large enough to accommodate this excess, unplanned disposal. Dumpsters are emptied every Tuesday and Friday. If you plan to do some Spring Cleaning and thus produce more waste than usual wait until early Tuesday or Friday morning to dispose of it to ensure that the dumpsters have sufficient space remaining. Your trash must be in bags, not loose. Throwing away open containers of Chinese Food, etc is not only gross, it makes the dumpster STINK and attracts PESTS. Please see the following document describing FORBIDDEN ITEMS. To dispose of these items, you must coordinate your own individual pickup with a local waste removal company. The same is true for BULK items.
