TURNER STATED THAT SHE HAD PLENY OF ROOM TO MAKE THE TURN, TURNER STATED THAT SHE COMPLETED THE U-TURN SAFETLY, BUT THEN HIT ICE AND SPUN INTO A 360 AND WAS HIT BY VEHICLE 1. TURNER STATED THAT SIEGEL ADMITTED TO HITTING ICE BEFORE HITTING HER VEHICLE. BOTH VEHICLES HAD FRONT END DAMAGE. WEATHER: SNOW COVERED ROAD. VEHICLE 1 NOT DRIVE-ABLE DUE TO DAMAGE. GRITZ STATED THAT VEHICLE 2 PULLED IN FRONT OF HIM AND HE ATTEMPTED TO STOP BUT COULDN'T DUE TO THE SNOW AND COLLIDED WITH VEHICLE 2. FRAZIER STATED THAT HE HAD A RED LIGHT AND WAS TRYING TO STOP BEFORE TURNING NORTHBOUND ONTO WILLISTON ROAD FROM EASTBOUND HIGHWAY 7. FRAZIER STATED THAT HE HIT BLACK ICE AND TURNED IN FRONT OF VEHICLE 1 CAUSING THE ACCIDENT. NO INJURIES. BOTH VEHICLES WERE TOWED BY MATT'S TOWING. GRITZ WAS ISSUED A CITATION FOR DRIVING AFTER REVOCATION. STATE ACCIDENT REPORT COMPLETED. YELLOW TAG #121716 - LEFT ON WALKING BUTTON POLE THAT WAS HIT BY VEHICLE 2 DURING THE CRASH. Remarks Unit 1 was traveling east on Hwy 7 in the left lane. Unit 1 hit snow/black ice causing Unit 1 to loose control. The driver of Unit 1 over corrected and Unit 1 collided with a cement barrier then went off the roadway into the ditch and rolled over.
