Hitch shall have a telescoping lift arm with the outer tube constructed of 4 x4 x3/8 and the inner tube shall be 3 x3 x1/4 tubing Truck quick hitch shall be welded to a 5/16 formed channel bumper with the outer 18 of the bumper swept back on each side. Bumper shall be bolted to truck frame with a minimum of (6) 5/8 grade 8 bolts on each side. (2) Stress bars 1 x3 shall be installed & bolted to 4 x6 x1/2 angles which will be bolted to frame over axle. The truck hitch & bumper assembly shall be painted gloss black. Certified Power Hydraulic System Chelsea hot shift PTO installed with a Parker direct mounted pump Pump sized to operate a dump body, spreader & snow plow 30 gallon oil reservoir with a sight/temp gauge, suction strainer, magnetic drain plug & a screened fill cap A 1-1/4 filter & head shall be installed adjacent to the oil tank. The filter & head shall be mounted even with the top of tank so filter can be removed without losing oil. Filter shall include a sight gauge. Control Valve to be a DVA20 series & it shall be arranged as follows: Single acting work spool for dump body (#12 o-ring port) Single acting work spool for plow raise with detent in lower position Double acting work spool for plow angle (plow sections shall be #10 o-ring ports) Control valve shall have power beyond to spreader valve An SG03020030 Dual knob spreader valve shall be installed in cab in a spreader control tower as close to driver as possible. An SA-ID detented RVC head to control dump body & a DA-2 dual axis control head to control snow plow shall be installed in cab in a control tower. Morse cables shall be used to control valve sections A complete hose & fitting kit shall be installed. All hoses shall be sized appropriately. There shall be a full flow ball valve on the suction side of the tank. Spreader hoses shall be ran to right rear of truck frame & include quick couplers
