We have developed all our latest innovations even further and packed them into a single ambulance. The result is the Profile Advanz. Built on a Mercedes-Benz Vito chassis, the Profile Advanz is an ambulance that truly makes the most of the space within. This is an agile and light ambulance, with a patient compartment that is spacious for its size. With the Advanz, you can even reach patients at the end of unmaintained, narrow, and hilly roads. It is as easy to drive as a passenger car. As a Mercedes-Benz Van Partner, Profile gains access to information on new chassis designs early on. This enables us to design and manufacture ambulances with every detail contributing to better work processes. The Advanz is available as a patient-transport ambulance (type A1 or A2) and as an emergency ambulance (type B). It also comes with four-wheel drive, and you can select the engine and transmission type that suits your needs best. Our product range also includes command and paramedic units built on the Mercedes-Benz Vito chassis.
A safe work environment Knowing that your work environment is safe enables you to focus on the task at hand. A light but rugged, strong vehicle The Advanz is designed to be as light as possible. We have selected all materials, including the upholstery, with both lightness and durability as criteria. All the necessary structures have been tested in line with the requirements of the EN 1789 standard. Rounded edges and excellent protection for the head All the edges inside the ambulance are rounded, enabling safe and convenient work procedures. In the treatment compartment, special attention has been given to areas that could come into contact with the worker s head. You can also reach the patient, key care equipment, and storage spaces without unfastening your seat belt. Good presentation and high visibility Profile first introduced streamlined, integrated emergency lights in the Genios model, and a new, improved version of these was designed for the Advanz. Now the emergency lights are even more visible and also easier to maintain. In addition, the working lights efficacy has been raised to a new level throughout the operation area surrounding the ambulance. Compliance with standards The Profile Advanz ambulance is designed and manufactured in line with the SFS-EN 1789 EU standard. www.profilevehicles.com An ergonomic choice for both attendant and driver Safety and ergonomics go hand in hand. A compact exterior hiding a spacious interior The patient compartment has enough space to allow for ergonomic and efficient work processes. You can attend to the patient without unfastening your seat belt. The touchscreen for the new CAN bus system is mounted on the care table at an ergonomic angle. The lighting, heating, and air conditioning have been designed specifically for this model, rendering them extremely efficient. Easy to keep clean All materials, shapes, and surfaces have been designed with hygiene requirements and ease of cleaning in mind. A smooth, seamless, and even design The Advanz doesn t feature any nooks or crannies where dirt might remain after cleaning. The floor is easy to wipe clean. A new CAN bus system easy and safe operation The Advanz has a new CAN bus control system and touchscreens, developed specially to be used by ambulance drivers and attendants. Profile ecan, a new CAN bus system for special vehicles We have developed the Profile ecan system in collaboration with top experts in the field. With our extensive expertise in CAN bus control systems, we have been able to realise a system that provides seamless support for the work of first responders. Reliable touchscreens in all conditions The touchscreens can be used with gloves on in all conditions, from freezing winter weather to the hot spells of summer. We have also designed new, even more reliable, cables for the CAN bus system. The driver and the attendant have their own touchscreens, designed to suit the specific characteristics of their tasks. Both screens provide important information about the vehicle in a way that is easy to take in at a quick glance and display warnings of risks, such as open doors or an unfastened seat belt. Ability to monitor all functions with a single glance Since driving safely and monitoring other traffic are the driver s main concerns, the driver s screen displays only the main functions with large touch symbols. Therefore, the driver s eyes can remain on the road for all but the briefest of moments. Additional functions are easy to access when necessary. For the attendant, attention to the patient and easy control of the systems In a logically organised manner, the attendant s screen displays the functions that are the most relevant for patient care. The attendant can focus on the patient while controlling the heating, airconditioning, and lighting systems, along with other functions that ensure efficient care. New appearance In the design work, the ambulance s appearance was another area of focus, starting with new, integrated emergency lights and greater roof height.
