Reference only; do not assemble at this time Clamp Halfs Clamps () Preparation cut a strip approximately 2 long of Rubber Gasket and install to inside of each Clamp half with adhesive side facing Clamps. Cut so that Rubber Gasket fits inside Clamp Half 2 approx. Rubber Gasket IN-WS-K-MULE-XT 3
- Install (2) Clamps () to Lower Windshield () with M6-1.0 x 20mm Lg. HCS and M6 Washers. - Install provided Hood Seal to Lower Windshield (). - Install Right/Left Supports (G)(H) to Lower Windshield () with M6-1.0 x 20mm Lg. HCS, M6 Washers, and M6-1.0 Nylock Nuts. - Secure Right/Left Supports (G)(H) to Clamps () with M8-1.25 x 15mm Lg. HCS. (2) each M6 x 20mm G (will face outside of machine) M6 Washer M6 Nylock Nut (2) each Install Hood Seal along M6 x 20mm M6 Washer bottom edge To ease installation, soak Seal in hot water before cutting or installing to increase flexibility. - Install Catch, part of Latch ssembly (D), to Lower Windshield (); place Latch Support (J) on bottom section of Lower Windshield () and secure with M6-1.0 x 20mm Lg. HCS and M6-1.0 Nylock Nuts. Repeat for opposite end of Lower Windshield (). (2) each M6 x 20mm M6 Nylock Nut Catch J M8 x 15mm G (will face inside of machine) IN-WS-K-MULE-XT 4
- Install Lower Windshield () to Roll Cage with bolts included with Clamps (). - Install provided Gasket to Lower Windshield (). (front) supplied with Clamp provided Gasket (driver) IN-WS-K-MULE-XT 5
Upper Windshield () - Install Handle and Support, part of Latch ssembly (D), to Upper Windshield () with M6-1.0 x 20mm Lg. HCS and M6-1.0 Nylock Nuts. Repeat for opposite end of Upper Windshield (). (will face inside of machine) (2) each Support M6 x 20mm Handle M6 Nylock Nut IN-WS-K-MULE-XT 6
- Install Pivot lock (E) to Upper Windshield () with M6-1.0 x 20mm Lg. HCS, M6 Washers, and M6-1.0 Jam Nuts. - Install Clamp () and Support (K) to Pivot lock (E) with M8 Shoulder olt. - Repeat for opposite side. M8 Shoulder E each Pivot lock (E): (2) each M6 Washer (front) M6 x 20mm M6 Jam Nut K (will face inside of machine) E IN-WS-K-MULE-XT 7
- Install Clamp () and Gas Strut (C) to Support (K). - Secure Gas Strut (C) to Pivot lock (E) with M8 Nylock Nut. - Repeat for opposite side. (front) K C E (will face inside of machine) M8 Nut IN-WS-K-MULE-XT 8
- Install Upper Windshield () to Roll Cage with bolts included with Clamps (). (front) supplied with Clamps () (driver) supplied with Clamps IN-WS-K-MULE-XT 9
- Engage Latches and align Windshield assembly to machine making sure that Seal, on Lower Windshield (), is in contact with Hood. - Tighten hardware completely. engage Latches Hood Seal in contact with Hood (driver) Windshield Cleaning: - Do not use a dry cloth, or your hands, to wipe off Windshield; Scratching will occur. - Do not use window cleaning fluids (Windex, 409, etc) or any solvents (gasoline, denatured alcohol, acetone, etc). - Never use abrasive cleaners, abrasive pads, or gritty cloths. 1. Thouroughly rinse Windshield to float off dirt and mud. 2. Using a soft cloth, or microfiber cloth, clean Windshield with warm water and a gentle detergent. aby shampoo or hand washing soap are recommended. 3.
