TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS MS 96217 PAGE 1 USED Year 2006 Homag DET (Homag FL 20/07/25) for Sizing and Contour Shaping of Solid Wood Doors The Homag/Torwegge base construction features many technological advances that allow greater flexibility and reliability. The heavy-duty construction of all components of the Torwegge machine will provide a long life with consistent quality processing. For its foundation the machine is built with two (2) continuous machine frames and two (2) precision hardened chain track guides for both the running and guiding surfaces. Fixed side left, moveable side right. Flat guideways support the machine, coupled with motorized width adjustment using high precision spindles and spindle lubrication. The roller bearing style feed chain includes bearings on both the running and guiding surfaces with automatic chain track lubrication. This insures long feed chain life and exacting precision.

The contour processing (CF) function on the left side of this machine suitable for processing arched workpieces of various sizes. Feed speed variable via frequency invertor. Magnetic braking of feed motor. Full lighted sound enclosure over the processing area with dust extraction channel in the machine base. Free standing switch cabinet.
