Determine the total TAG fixture wattage of each independant run(s) requiring sizing (see TAG-RD and TAG-LN spec sheets for wattage details). 2. If the power run is to be split (must take place within 6 of the driver box location), each split can be treated as an individual run. 3. Determine the required run length(s) to the last fixture for your installation in feet. 4. Take your total run wattage from Step 1, find the next highest wattage in the row Total Fixture Wattage. 5. Take your required run length from Step 3, scroll down to find the next highest run length in the column identified in Step 4. 6. Scroll left to the column Power Wire Conductor (AWG) to select the proper wire gauge to power the required run length for your installation. Split Run Example: (6) TAG-RD-30-NW X1/Y1 = 6 ft X2/Y2 = 75 ft X3/Y3 = 20 ft 1. Wattage per fixture: 41W Total fixture wattage (6 total): 246W 2. Power run will be split to two equal runs minimize wire gauge requirements. Run X = 123W, Run Y = 123W 3. Req d run lengths: Run X = X1 + X2 + X3 = 101 ft, Run Y = Y1 + Y2 + Y3 = 101 ft 4. Next highest wattage in row Total Fixture Wattage : 125W 5. 1st Suitable run length in column 125W : 109.4 ft 6. Scroll left to 1st column: minimum 12 AWG power wire required Line Voltage-In 24VDC-Out Y1 X1 Note: X1 & Y1 must be less than or equal to 6. Minimum 10 AWG wire must be used prior to split. Run Y Power Split (j-box by others) Run X Y2 X2 Y3 X3
