With our perseverance and dedication for over the past 3 years, our company has diversified from a small trading company into a wider spectrum of business covering promotional, premiums and hotel supplies. In recent year, we have been active in marketing our products and services and had successfully extended our business from our base in Malaysia to neighboring countries like Thailand, Singapore, Brunei, Japan, India, Dubai, Russia, Maldives etc.. Besides supplying OEM and ODM products, we have also obtained distributor rights for Lecce Pen of Italy and EuropaWatch.com of USA. This place was bought over and now serves as the main office, production and warehouse which consist of 10,000 sq feet. It too houses our own pad printing, silk screening, hot stamping and repacking machineries (for production). Besides that, we have our own vehicle (van) to ensure prompt delivery to our valued customers. Current Delivery Lead Time and Output Capacity For those items available in stock, the delivery lead time is within a week s time. While for those items that are made to order (fully customized), it will takes approx 4 to 8 weeks depending on the quantity and complexity of the said item. Page 5
Manpower As per organization chart, the daily business operation of AG Timuran Sdn Bhd is led by Mr. EC Law. The education experience background of the management & Sales staff are as follows: Mr. EC Law - An honor degree holder of Life Science (Nutrition) from University Kebangsaan Malaysia. He has 10 years working experience in production of F&B and Sales and Marketing. Ms. MM Chuah - An honor degree holder of Arts (Economics) from University Kebangsaan Malaysia. She has 10 years experience in the banking industry mainly on credit/lending/marketing department. Ms. Lilian Lu - A degree holder in Business Administration from University Putra Malaysia. She has 5 years experience in marketing segment. Mr. Bibby Khoo - Advanced diploma holder in Mass Comm, majoring in Web Designing from Tuanku Abdul Rahman College.
