INTENT The intent of these specifications is to provide sufficient specified information to permit prospective bidders to submit proposals for a new and unused Day Cab Tractor with 28 Dump Trailer to be used by the City of Bartlett water/wastewater Treatment Plant. The awarded supplier will be required to deliver the vehicle to the City of Bartlett Fleet Services located at 3583 Altruria Road, Bartlett, TN 38135.
