Yes, all custom orders must be pre-paid in full before production begins. Where is the logo placed? The marking is always placed on the opposite side from the YETI emboss. Only one side of the stainless product is marked. There is an additional $5 charge to have both sides marked. Is color an option or just black for the logo? Black is the only marking option on the stainless Ramblers. For a color option, we do offer customized DuraCoat. Instead of a color mark on the stainless steel, the coating is removed to reveal your design as the silver of the cup. What is the return policy? There are no returns. What is the warranty on customized products? All custom YETIs come with the Rambler 5-year limited warranty. What is the lead time? 3-4 weeks Is there a minimum quantity? A minimum of 48 units must be ordered for any customized order, unless ordering the Jugs which have a minimum of 12. Sales Tax? Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to: AL, HI, IL, MD, MS, MO, PA & TN even if you have a resale tax certificate in these states Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to: CA, CO, MA & TX unless you have a resale tax certificate in these states Where do you ship? We currently only ship to the lower 48 states in the US. We are unable to ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address.
