Warranty: CP offers limited twelve (12) months warranty for all its products. The warranty period will be effective from the date of delivery to the destination port. During this period, CP warrants its products being defects-free in materials, parts and workmanship. 2. Limitations: During the warranty period, CP s total liability for any defects shall be limited to repair or replacement of the product. CP has sole and unfettered discretion to determine whether a particular product will be replaced or repaired. And CP assumes no liability as a consequence of following circumstances, under which will be automatically excluded for warranty: - The products are found to be defective after expiry of the warranty period. - The product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair, whether by accident or other cause. - Product is damaged beyond repairs due to uncontrollable factors such as shipping and nature disasters. 3. Inspection before shipment: The Buyer shall have the right to inspect the products at the plant before dispatch to the port. Under the premise, CP shall notify the buyer to send inspector(s) to come to the manufacturing facility to perform the inspection at least a week prior the shipment. Upon the buyer s arrival for inspection, the seller should have all the original inspection records and material certificates ready. The inspector(s) shall arrive and perform the inspection before scheduled shipping date. The buyer should bear the costs of the inspectors.
