ARVAND AAHU S air handling units are the ideal chice fr the cling, heating, humidifying, dehumidifying, purifying and ventilating f air in all residential cmmercial and industrial buildings. AAHU series cmprises 14 mdel cvering wide range f air flw rate frm 00 m /hr t 68,000 m /hr. The ARVAND AAHU S air handlers are available with tremendus design flexibility. This flexibility is reflected in the numerus sectin and cmpnent available, cmbined with the ability t arrange the cmpnents in what ever cnfiguratin is required fr the jb. ARVAND AAHU S air handlers can be shipped by cmpnent sectins, ( cmpletely kncked dwn), mdules, r as a single unit. ARVAND AHU design sftware is made t ease the calculatin f Air handling unit and enable cnsultants and HVAC. designers custmizatin f their demand. yu can design all details including mixing bx, filter, cils,, fan, separatr, silencer, heat recuperatr and all details in an Air handling unit. It is pssible t calculate heating, cling, direct expansin, steam and cndensing cils in AHU. Fr thse custmers using heat recvery, AHU als permits the estimatin f such cils. This applicatin is very simple and intuitive. Ttal Guide Fr Wrking With AHU Sftware Select file,and then select new prject. On the left side yu can select different bxes in an Air handling unit. By selecting these bxes and attaching them tgether yu can create yur desired AHU. Yu shuld select right altitude fr desired city and enter air flw. The prgram ffers yu different sizes accrding t air velcity and yu can chse ne. 8

Cil Design Select the cling cil, right click n it and then chse calculate menu. In calculate windw yu shuld enter yur cil demands and select calculate tab, then different cil ptins appears with different capacities and efficiencies. Then yu chse ne f them and select cntinue. Then yu shuld repeat this prcess fr design f heating cil. 9

Fan and Mtr Selectin After designing f cils yu shuld enter fan and mtr prperties including: air flw, internal Pressure drp, static / ttal pressure, and air velcity (min,max). Then click n select tab. Sme ptins fr fan selectin will appear and yu shuld chse and click ne f them accrding t yur desire. By clicking n graph tab yu can see fan curve and chse ptimum pints fr RPM accrding t efficiency. Yu can select fan brand,als nrmal r duble fan ptin. In mtr selectin yu can chse mtr type and number f ples. Click n ne f the mtrs shwn and click n cntinue tab. 10

Detailed Print By clicking the detailed print menu in main page, yu can see design specificatins f every sectin. The weight and dimensins are in first page. Yu can see cils input and utput n psychrmetric chart and,fan curve in ther pages. finally yu can print the infrmatin. Dn't frget t save yur prject. Water Treatment Evapratin cling is accmplished by the evapratin f a prtin f the water being recirculated.as this water evaprates,the disslved slids riginally present in the water remainin the system.thus,the cncentratin f disslved slids in the circulating water increases rapidly and cntinues as lng as the unit is in peratin. If this buildup is nt cntrled,cncentratins can rapidly reach levels f 750 t 1000 times the cncentratin in the riginal supply water. Additinally,the recirculating water is ften further cntaminated by airbne impurities that may be present in the vicinity f the unit such as chemical fumes in an industrial area r salt near the castline. If the cncentratin f these disslved slids and impurities is nt cntrled,scaleing, sludge, r crrsin can ccur which will reduce the perating efficiency and shrten the life f the equipment. T prevent an excessive buildup f impurities in the circulating water, it is recmmended that a small amunt f water be bled frm the unit at a rate f 0.00 (m /hr) water per 1000 (m /hr) air delivery, is satisfactry fr the usual perating cnditins in mst lcatin. In many lcalities, this cnstant bleed and replacement with fresh water will keep the cncentratin f impurities in the system at an acceptable level. 1. The chemical must be cmpatible with galvanized (zinc cated) steel. Water treatment chemicals which are cmpatible with galvanized steel are als satisfactry fr the Zinc Chrmatized Aluminium finish.. The PH f the circulating water must be maintained between 6.5 and 8.5. Chemicals shuld be fed int the recirculated water, but nt int the cld water sump,n a cntinius metered basis t avid lcalized high cncentratins which may cause crrsin.these chemicals are nrmally fed int the pump discharge line. Batch feeding f chemicals des nt affrd adequate cntrl f water quality and is nt recmmended. 4. Acid water treatment is nt recmmended. Fr specific recmmendatins n water treatment, cntact a cmpetent water treatment supplier. 4
