(FORMAL MOTION): Tim Dick made the motion to issue a $10 administrative fee with each residential and guest permit. Bart Riley seconded it. All were in favor. Motion passed. 5. Old Business: A. RESIDENTIAL PARKING April and Frank Butori, Galena Street. 1. Stephanie discussed with the Commission that the Butori s request for a special residential parking pass on-street is prob ably not in line with what RPP Programs are designed for. Uptown is a mixed-use area and if residents can park on street throughout the district they will completely clog up the 2-hour parking. The re are ample parking options, and they are free only a block away. As far as the safety issue goes that is unfortunate but it may be more of a decision of the residents when choosing housing, not a specific parking exception that can be made. 6. Other: (FORMAL MOTION): Bart Riley made the motion to deny the request for residential parking on Galena Street, Tim Dick Seconded the motion. Votes: 3 yay, 1 nay Jennifer Shea voted against. Motion passed. Director s Report See attached outline of Director s report b. Meeting was adjourned at 4:20 p.m.
