You can specify the speed and operate the cutter unit and the unloadin tube with the multifunction lever. You have all the important operatin elements at hand on the console on the riht, for example, for the threshin cylinder speed. The diital on-board computer shows the speed, tank fill level and forward speed. The monitor adjusts the brihtness, thanks to day and niht modes. Your harvest, your relaxation A comfortable sittin position is crucial, especially on lon work days. The suspended driver seat absorbs shock loads reliably. You can set your ideal workin position with the easily adjustable steerin column. Sensors for the best monitorin Additional electronic sensors provide deeper insiht with detailed information about your harvestin results. The loss sensor determines the walker and shaker shoe losses, which are then shown in the display. The electric sieve adjustment enables convenient, in-cab adjustment of the sieves. Multifunction lever Control the drivin direction, table settin, reel settin, reel speed and pivot the rain tank unloadin tube with only one hand. The practical control console You can control the entire combine usin the side console of the Fendt E-Series. The diital on-board computer displays the runnin machine data. Front and rear concave settin can be adjusted independently Front perfect, the rear too: the front and rear concave openins can be adjusted independently. You can adapt the threshin unit to any possible harvestin conditions from the comfort of the cab. TABLE AND CUTTER UNIT Hih torque with less breakae. Sectional concave variant 14 mm and 24 mm There are two front sements available for the quick-chane sectional concave: 14 mm concave spacin for the rain harvest, and 24 mm for the corn harvest. The reliable FreeFlow table With a workin width from 4.20 m to 6.00 m, the FreeFlow table can tackle all kinds of conditions. It is especially stable and maintenance-friendly because the components are bolted on. With 1,220 cuts per minute, the hih speed of the cutterbar ensures a clean cut and a low power requirement. Then the lare intake auer, with a diameter of 580 mm, moves the crop swiftly and uniformly to the crop elevator best conditions for maximum area coverae and the best harvestin results. Hih-capacity threshin cylinder The threshin cylinder of the 5185 E with its 600 mm diameter provides a hih deree of momentum and is hihly efficient. Eiht counter-rotatin threshin bars effectively separate the rain durin the threshin process. Both the rain and straw are handled very ently and breakae is minimised. Robust rain concave With one of the larest concave areas in its power class, the 5185 E drives in the lare harvest volumes in the shortest time. The different wire spacins within the concave are the main reason for this: While the wire spacin in the front area is narrow to ensure intensive threshin, the wider wire spacins in the rear part of the concave permit a hiher separation capacity. Closed hih-performance straw walker Connected to the threshin unit, the straw is then effectively loosened usin a 4.30 m walker with a 150 mm stroke. Four 250 mm hih steps create a loose straw mat, which permits residual rain to be separated perfectly in the hue separation area. The closed straw walkers distribute the rain uniformly over the entire width of the preparation floor for efficient separation. The optional multi-coupler permits fast turnarounds when chanin fields. The Schuhmacher knife system is the best in the industry. With 1,220 cuts per minute, it is self-cleanin and always remains sharp. The FreeFlow table has feed finers over the entire width, which increase the throuhput of the intake auer and uarantee active, fast feed into the crop elevator. The so-called active, open rear walls of the steps further improve residual separation. 6 7

The double serrated knives with an infinitely adjustable shear bar (also serrated) have been fitted for hih, uniform choppin performance. You can set the choppin lenth as desired and there is no more worryin about producin perfect choppin results. No one cleans better The Fendt 5185 E has one of the larest sieve areas in its power class and therefore provides maximum cleanin capacity. The sectional cleanin system, with its hih dividers on the upper and lower sieves, distributes the rain-chaff mixture uniformly over the entire cleanin area, even when workin in hilly terrain. Toether with the tareted wind uidance in the individual cleanin sections, it enables the machine to work at maximum cleanin capacity. HC sieves The special surface of the HC (HihCapacity) sieves enables optimised wind flow and cleanin performance. The HC sieves therefore have a lare tolerance rane and seldom need to be adjusted. Even short, brittle straw is separated effectively. Optionally, the sieves can be adjusted electrically from the comfort of the cab. Efficient and economical enine power The tried and proven 4-cylinder AGCO Power enine drives the Fendt 5185 E ahead powerfully with a hih torque. The enine technoloy is ideally adapted to the requirements of the Fendt E-Series and provides impressively hih robustness while keepin runnin costs low. Thanks to the SCR exhaust aftertreatment, the Fendt E-Series is compliant with Stae 4 / Tier 4 final emissions.
