About Us Berry Howe Industries Pty Ltd has been established for 30 years and is located in Unanderra NSW. The business operates across 2 workshops on the same premises which provide over 1500 square metres of undercover workspace. There is an additional 1500 square metres of outside storage available. Berry Howe Industries has approx. 20 employees, with a wide range of skills and experience directly relating to truck body design and building, general engineering and fabrication, machining, sheet metal work and automotive spray painting. Specialising in Truck body building, we can offer many different types of products including Tipper Bodies, Steel or Aluminium Table Tops, Steel or Aluminium Service Bodies, Beaver Tails, Steel or Aluminium Pantech Bodies and Curtain Sider Bodies. Our focus is on producing high quality products that are well suited to their use and which best satisfy our customers needs. We recently received our Quality Assurance Accreditation in recognition of our commitment to provide quality products and services. We strive to meet customer needs and provide customer satisfaction by producing high quality products and delivering the best services possible.
Capabilities We have a vast array of machinery including: NC presses, NC guillotines, folders, sheet-notchers, punch and shear, MIG and TIG welders. This allows us to offer a wide range of sheet products including:steel and Aluminium Toolboxes, Drop sides, Sliding Draws, Water Tanks, Oil Tanks, etc. Our Toolboxes can be custom designed and made to suit any job or specification. They are available in a wide range of shapes and styles. Our toolboxes have multiple options, from side and top opening doors with gas supports to sliding or roll up shutter doors. Various types of locks are available with central locking options being offered on some models.
Tipper Bodies We can offer a wide range of Steel Tipper Bodies (up to 10m3) to suit customer needs, body options include: Fixed sided or with drop sides Bodies with partitions and internal removable or swinging gates, Bodies with integrated boxes for storage Pull out, fixed,drop down or folding access steps with grab handles Provisions for cranes, retracting tarps, lighting, toolboxes, towbars, etc.
Service Bodies We can offer a wide range of steel or aluminium Service Bodies to suit customer needs, body options include: Aluminium or Steel toolboxes with lift up, fold down or swing to side doors Aluminium or Steel toolboxes with sliding or roll up shutter doors Oil recovery systems with storage for waste and new oil/ grease In well staircase or pull out folding ladders for accessing bodies Pull out sliding draw systems for tools or equipment Storage for Gas bottles, battery packs, welders, compressors, etc.
Pantech We can offer a wide range of steel or aluminium Pantech Bodies to suit customer needs, body options include: Aluminium or Steel bodies with lift up or swing to side doors Aluminium or Steel bodies with sliding or roll up shutter doors Aluminium or Steel shelving systems to suit customer requirements Storage for Gas bottles, battery packs, welders, compressors, etc.

Specialised bodies
Machining Berry Howe Industries operates its own machine shop with knowledgeable, skilled and experienced staff. We manufacture a number of pins, shafts and bushes for tippers and other equipment utilising machinery such as: milling machines, lathes, drilling machines, band saws, etc. We are capable of providing multiple supplies of these parts as well as being able to offer machining of brass, steel, aluminium and copper parts for customers.
Hydraulic Installations We can install hydraulic tipping equipment, hydraulic and electric winches, hydraulic tailgates, side loaders, hydraulic tailgate hoppers and hydraulic loading ramps.
Painting We undertake the spray painting of our products using a variety of types and colours. We use high quality paints when spraying our products. These include: DuPont Nason 2pack and enamels and CIA Primers and fast dry enamels.our spray booth can accommodate large truck bodies and frame work in a range up to10 metres long (approx. 80 Sqm in size).

We can spray Rhino Linings Tuff Stuff to a variety of bodies including Table tops, Tippers, Service Bodies and Utes Trays. Rhino Linings TUFF STUFF polyurethane is the world's number one sprayed-on liner and comes with a lifetime, nation-wide guarantee*. It is used to protect utes, trucks, 4WDs, prime movers, trailers, boats, flooring, buildings, military vehicles, horse floats, industrial equipment and much more. TUFF STUFF is applied to a minimum thickness of 4mm, its thickness can also be increased to meet specific needs. Unlike drop-in plastic liners, TUFF STUFF forms a permanent air and water- tight bond that prohibits rust, corrosion and surface abrasion. The non-porous lining is easy to clean and the non-abrasive surface texture helps keep cargo in place while providing insulation against annoying road vibration and noise. Body Mounted Cranes We have recently under taken new training on the installation of small vehicle mounted cranes ranging up to 3T/m including Maxilift and Palfinger cranes. We have also developed good relationships with these crane suppliers and can arrange the installation of larger chassis mounted cranes up to 50T/m.
