10 Press Fittings White 16 mm Blue 18 mm Green 20 mm Black 25 mm Brown 32 mm Yellow Gas A Fitting for all needs In 1998 SP Metzerplas introduced a system of press connection fittings that is more efficient, economical and easier to use. SP press connectors provide a strong, secure and durable seal. The wide range of pipes, connectors and accessories allow quick and easy installation of the piping system, inside the home and out (for plumbing, heating, compressed air, and more) and enable it s connection to any existing system. 1 Cut pipe 2 Ream pipe The hermetic solution The pressing sleeve is firmly clamped to the pipe and inserted connector with the use of a pressing device*. The addition of the two O-rings found on the inserted connector, guarantee a hermetic seal for hot and cold water systems. The stainless steel sleeve protects the pipe ends and increases durability, as well as improving the pipes appearance, be it inside a wall or on any exposed installations. *Additional advantage - The pressing device automatically produces the right amount of pressure needed for proper sealing. 3 Insert connector 4 Crimp sleeve

19 Threaded Connectors The optimum combination For over a decade Metzerplas s SP threaded fittings system has successfully proven itself. The SP threaded connectors provide a complete system of pipes and fittings for installations of any commercial or home piping system, inside and out, for plumbing, heating, compressed air, and more. These threaded connectors allow the optimum combination of ease and functional efficiency, thus supplying the means to successfully meet all your different piping needs. 1 Cut pipe 2 Ream pipe A stable seal After insertion of the connector into the pipe, the threaded nut is then tightened on to the pipe end, which produces pressure on the connector sleeve. This sleeve presses against the pipe, producing a sure, strong and stable seal. The connecting nut is removable, whereas the inserted connector remains firmly placed in the pipe, and thus enables its use with other fittings without loss in the integrity of the connection. 3 Place nut and insert connector 4 Attach end fitting 5 Tighten
