Due to the indexble design, the inserts re designed with 8 or 16 useble cutting edges nd enble highly economicl mchining compred to regulr round insert tools. RNU...-S For insert sizes R5 nd R6 screw-in type cutters nd shell-type cutters re vilble. Cutter types not listed on the ctlog pges cn be produced s semi-stndrd versions on request. The serrted insert geometry lso enbles use in very deep cvities or during mchining opertions where controlled chip breking is desired.
