CO32/45 and SCH25 COMPRESSOR CHANGE PROCEDURE 1 Tools needed: 1. Philips head screw driver -Turn off the heater - open side cover - locate three screw on top besides the air intake collar. - unscrew them and hold compressor so it doesn t fall down - release hose by removing hose clamps Page 3 of 9
- Attach rubber feet to bracket (10315) -Install compressor in same position. Make sure a bleeder is installed for the CO32 and SCH25 models before attaching the hose. Page 4 of 9

TECHNICAL BULLETIN November 16, 2010 Heating Systems Bulletin Identification No.: MTB-143-30 ITR COMPRESSOR CHANGE PROCEDURE When exchanging a Thomas or Schmaltz compressor with an ITR compressor you have to pay attention to the mounting bracket. ITR BRACKET THOMAS BRACKET The Thomas bracket (33033rev G) can be recognized by the hole positioned at the right hand side. THOMAS BRACKET (33033 rev G) The ITR compressor bracket (33033rev H) has the hole positioned in the center. ITR BRACKET (33033 rev H) The ITR compressor is mounted with 2 screws in the front housing. If the wrong bracket is used, the compressor motor might hit the combustion fan. Page 7 of 9
Combi COMPRESSOR CHANGE PROCEDURE 1 Tools needed: 2. Philips head screw driver -Turn off the heater - open front cover - take out compressor and bracket from burner box - install dynaflo on modified bracket as shown in picture. - install 45 deg elbow on outlet. Page 8 of 9
