Product innovations 2017 Carpet cleaning innovation TENAS 3IN1 Encapsulation System The unique Polymer/ Surfactant System TENAS 3IN1 takes care of the former three main functions in carpet cleaning. Now one requires only one product for the precleaning & stain removal treatment, extraction cleaning and the cleaning procedure known as the BonnetSystem. Time saving, cost and space reduction are the key benefits when using TENAS 3IN1. The special Polymer/ Surfactant Systems make sure that the dirt will be cut, gets tied in and encapsulated. Through the incorporated polymer the soiling and graying process will be reduced. New copper cleaning system ARCORA Copper-System the solution for cement scale, adhesive residues and silicones. The copper products of ARCORA takes care of the preserve cleaning of pots, pans, enamel, ceramic cooktop and chrome. Heavy dirt on glass, stainless steel and windows can be removed easily and scratch-free, thanks to the low temper of the cooper. The Arcora copper products are 100% antibacterial. ANFAS ANFAS HOTEL EQUIPMENT is an annual specialized fair taking place in Antalya, the touristic centre of Turkey. In January 2017 again 450 companies from 38 nations attracted over 35.000 visitors to the 40.000 m² exhibition. The Arcora Group had been represented for the second time by its Turkish distribution partner WILCO. Over 200 visitors mostly out of housekeeping function used the opportunity to visit the ARCORA WILCO partner stall and showed their interest on the product offerings made in Germany by ARCORA. Live demos and presentations of the benefits supported the start of several cooperation's in projects right away. Special attention had been given to the new developments in Copper products as well as in TENAS 3 IN 1, new carpet cleaning solution. -4ARCORA UPDATE March 2017
ARCORA Quality Management Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001 At the ARCORA Headquarter in Aschheim currently the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001 is in process. Besides ISO 9001 the most significant norm for quality management and basis for continuous improvement process in the company there will also be the certification according ISO 14001the environmental management system. The main objectives of these introduction are to improve product -, process-, project- and service quality and drive for sustainability through a total environmental management system for the ARCORA GROUP. The focus is on customer satisfaction, product quality, economic and ecologically sensitive use of resources, minimizing errors as well as ongoing process improvements. The Care Fair 2017 at Nurnberg/Germany From 25Th to 27th of April 2017 approximately 28.000 trade visitors will get together at the Nurnberg exhibition center to explore and learn about the newest innovations in the complete care industry. The exhibition is known to be visited by 98% professional visitors. No other exhibition in Germany offers such a clear focus on the diverse areas of care for elderly people. Exclusively decision-makers, experts and professionals of elderly care get together for high-level expert discussions. The ARCORA team of course will participate in this high quality exhibition to present our latest product innovations for this target audience. New ARCORA customer references University Hospital in Kiel/Germany - UKSH As one of the biggest European University Medical Centers with 80 clinics and institutes, the UKSH connects international cutting-edge research with interdisciplinary health care and educating doctors of the next generation. With 13.000 employees and more than 2.400 beds the UKSH is one of the biggest hospital employer of the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein and takes care of the whole spectrum of the modern medical applications and treatments for individual supply. To improve the high demand in hygiene and quality, the clinics rely on a combined mop cover woven with four different high-quality yarns. The combination of cotton, polyester and microfiber increases the cleaning result. SOCAR: Clean-Pak MMC, the ARCORA business partner in the state of Azerbaijan had been granted the cleaning project for the Headquarter of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCA) in Baku. The company produces oil and natural gas from onshore and offshore fields in the Azerbaijani section of the Caspian Sea. It operates the country's two oil refineries, one gas processing plant as well as several oil and gas export pipelines throughout the country. It runs owns fuel filling stations, shipbuilding sites, transportation units under the SOCAR brand in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, Romania and Switzerland. The company has about 61,000 employees and generates a total turn-over of AZN 39.7 Billion or 20 Billion. -8ARCORA UPDATE March 2017
IETT Metro: The metropolitan transportation organisation IETT of Istanbul, with 18 Mio inhabitants the largest city in Turkey, is running more than 3.000 vehicles (trams, metro-buses, underground trains) to provide seamless service on 365 days a year. Cleanliness and hygiene are playing an increasing important role in the day-to-day operation. The ARCORA product portfolio and the well-known German quality really supported the Turkish distribution partner WILCO to generate a sustainable introduction into the local market as well as to win this important project.
