Fire Rated Downlights Fire Rated Downlights ensures compliance to Part B - Fire Safety of the Building Regulations, whether a 30, 60 or 90 minute fire barrier is required. Deta's Fire Rated Downlights feature a seal which prevents air movement through the light fitting and which helps reduce the build up of condensation. The seal also provides resistance to airborne and impact sounds, allowing the building to comply with Building Regulation Part E - Resistance to the Passage of Sound.
