Th factory production control shall b in accordanc with th "Control plan of rlating to th Europan tchnical approval ETA-08/0184" which is part of th tchnical documntation of th Europan tchnical approval. Th control plan is laid down in th contxt of th factory production control systm opratd by th manufacturr and dpositd with Dutschs Institut für autchnik 19. Th incoming raw matrials shall b subjct to controls and tsts by th manufacturr bfor accptanc. Chck of matrials, such as sht mtal, shall includ control of th inspction documnts prsntd by supplirs (comparison with nominal valus) by vrifying dimnsion and dtrmining matrial proprtis,.g. chmical composition, mchanical proprtis and zinc coating thicknss. Th manufacturd componnts shall b chckd visually and for dimnsion accuracy. Th control plan includs dtails of th xtnt, natur and frquncy of tsting and controls to b prformd within th factory production control. Th rsults of factory production control shall b rcordd and valuatd in accordanc with th provisions of th control plan. Th rcords includ at last th following information: - Dsignation of th product, basic matrial and componnts, - Typ of control or tsting, - Dat of manufactur of th product and dat of tsting of th product or basic matrial and componnts, - Rsult of control and tsting and, if appropriat, comparison with rquirmnts, - Signatur of prson rsponsibl for factory production control.
