Wellhead assembly and Christmas tree Water injection wellhead assembly Wellhead assembly and the Christmas tree are the essential equipment necessary for oil and gas development that consists of three parts: casing head, tubing head and the Christmas tree. They are mainly used to connect the casing string, tubing string that seal the annular space between the casing pipes of each layer of the casing pipe and oil tubes. They control the pressure of the production through the wellhead and adjust the flow of oil and gas wells. In addition, they are used for acid fracturing, water injection, tests and other special operations. Water injection wellhead Assembly (K2 series) consists of the Christmas tree and tubing heads, which are the necessities for water injection projects in the onshore oil fields. It is used for the conventional & inverse water injection, conventional and inverse well-flushing and water injection downhole testing. Thermal recovery wellhead assembly (KR series) KR thermal recovery wellhead assembly is the necessary ground control equipment for steam injection, which is used in heavy oil production.

Single Completion Single Completion Solid-Block Tree The Christmas-tree is the key component to control the pressure in the wellhead that adjusts the flow rate of oil and gas wells in the oil and gas production operation. The structure types are either single-wing or dual-wing and single barrel or dual barrel. It can be completed with a pneumatic (hydraulic) safety valve and can be provided with a control console for remote control. Chokes can be adjustable and customized depending on the customer s requirements. The tree cap can have different threads and can provide actual valves for safety purposes. All these configurations can be provided with different sizes ranging from 2-1/16 to 5-1/8 with different pressure ratings PSL requirement. Gas and oil production in the desert type conditions can be severe to critical where the equipment requires having temperature class type X to resist high-corrosive fluids with pressure up to 13,000 psi. Our Team operates and successfully implements the highest safety standards in the industry providing full support during the execution of any project. Dual Completion The Dual Completion is developed for all multiple tubing string completions. The composition blocks can be configured accordingly to the requirements of the Operator s well site location. The valves can either all be facing front or alternately the long string facing in one direction while the short strings are offset to 180. Available up to 10,000 psi Wells and completions sizes are available up to 4 1/16. Suitable for corrosive environments. Includes oil and gas lifts and all flooding and injection operations. Available with or without control-line porting. Multiple ports are available if required. Available in either a Speedioc, studded, or with flanged connections. Single Completion Y Block Tree Available up to 15,000 psi Wells and completion sizes are available up to 7-1/16. Suitable for corrosive environments and for when producing in areas that are environmentally sensitive or in close proximity to the densely populated areas (AA to HH). Depending on the component the surface temperature can reach as high as 450 F. Production site primarily consist of high pressure and high-temperature gas production. Utilizes metal-to-metal sealing technology reducing any leak paths to the environment.

Casing head Casing heads are applied to fasten the entrance of a drilling well. lt is connected to the casing strings in the well where the annular space between the casing head and the control tube can be sealed, which is vital in oil / gas production. The casing head is positioned in a 45 ledge to bear the weight from the casing string that is transferred by the casing hanger. An additional BT seal may also be applied. Tubing head and tubing spool Tubing head and tubing spools are used for the hanging oil tube and sealing the annular space between tubing and casing head, with the following characteristics: Welded Type Bottoms Connection Casing Head Slip Type Bottom Connection Casing Head The second seal between tubing hanger and the flange are divided into three kinds of O seals, greasing, BT seal and metal-to-metal seal. The tubing hanger and tubing head can be sealed with metal-to-metal sealing, special synthetic rubber seals or metal seal together with the special synthetic rubber seal. Equipped with Grease-injection valve ports and sealing test ports. O-seal, greasing BT seals and metal seals are applied at the bottom seal of the tubing head. The Cable passes directly through the tubing hanger and the reducing flange with control line connection of subsurface safety valves. Side outlet are threaded, studded or flanged and are connected with VR thread for changing valves. Thread Type Bottom Connection Casing Head

Casing hanger SURFACE DRILLING AND COMPLETION SYSTEM Casing hanger are either classified as threaded (mandrel) or slips. The slip type casing hangers are available as seen below (G,W,WD,WE types) or other types. WD hanger is applicable for the connection of the surface of the casing head and allows the slip to safely close the casing simultaneously in use of outer force. W hanger optimizes the sealing structure. WE & G hanger are manual optimizing sealing structure. It is set in the tree or the wellhead and suspends the production tubing and/or casing. Sometimes it provides porting to allow the communication of hydraulic, electric and other downhole functions, as well as chemical injection. Available for any type of single/multiple completion Double completion tubing hanger is used to operate additional smaller tubing lines that are utilized for downhole functions that extended to the surface. Choke Manifold Kill manifold A choke manifold is used to lower the pressured from the well head. It is necessary for controlling the well kick and implementing oil and gas well pressure. It consists of choke valves, gate valves, pipes, fittings, and pressure gauges. It is needed so that if one choke has to be taken out of service, the flow can be directed through another one. We manufacture 5 types of pressure grades: 14MPa, 21MPa, 35MPa, 70MPa and 105MPa and specially customized accordance to the clients requested specifications. In case well head pressure releases, drilling fluid can be pumped through the down hole by the kill manifold to balance the bottomhole pressure so as to prevent well kick or blowout. In addition, the blowout pipelines connection can drain fluids from the well directly to release bottom-hole pressure. Cement can also be injected into the well through the kill manifold during the cementing operation as well as water or other agents can be injected when necessary. Check valves ensure that fluids flow in one direction through the down hole where no backflow occurs. The kill manifold consists of check valves, gate valves, pressure gauges and pipe lines. One end of it is connected to the drilling spool, and the other to the injection pump. Both choke manifold and kill manifold are made in conformity with API 16C standard. Xiongyue kill manifold has 5 classes of working pressure: 14MPa, 21MPa, 35MPa, 70MPa,105MPa. Rated pressure of all the pipe lines, gate valves and check valves must match that of the BOP. Kill manifold is not supposed to be used for regular drilling fluids injection.

Drilling fluid manifold Mud-gas separator The drilling fluid manifold consists of mud valves, high pressure unions, tee joints, high pressure hoses, elbows, pressure gauges, pump joints, etc Ground valve group with gooseneck tee structure, features compact structure, low flow resistance and low power waste. Reducing cross is applied in the drilling floor valve to make a monotube from being used directly, which is convenient for field use. The high pressure unions are made from high strength alloy steel which is forged, heat treated, and machined in numerical control. The spherical and conical surfaces together with the sealing rings provide perfect sealing. The fine structure makes it easier to assemble and disassemble the part. Cemented carbide spray welding is used on ram and seat of the mud gate valve, which are erosion and corrosion resistance. Small operating moment of force and easily open and close thus prolonging valve service life. The elbows, reducing pipes, tees and cross tees are made of high strength alloy steel, cast or forged, with moderate thicker tube wall. Refined heat treatment strengthens them and enhances their erosion resistance. High-precision parts are produced with special process for high quality. And all parts under high pressure are tested in strength and sealing under hydrostatic processing before assembly. The mud-gas separator is special auxiliary equipment for choke manifold. The equipment consists of a separator unit, level control system, butterfly valves, safety valves, selector valves, etc. Mud-Gas Separator is produced in accordance with SY/T 0448-97 and GB150-1998 standard. Maximum working pressure: 0.7MPa Diameter of separator(mm): 800, 1000 and 1200 Mud manifold Offshore Mud Valve Group Offshore Well Cementation Valve Group Mud manifold is an equipment to mingle and divert mud that delivers the mud to the standpipe manifold, so that enough mud is processed during the drilling operation through top drive system. Rigid straight pipe assembly Flat valve Rigid straight pipe is a kind of pipe with special threaded connection, flanged and united in both ends, which is applied widely in oil drilling, well cementation, fracturing and testing. Various types of rigid straight pipes are available including types for ordinary, low-temperature and sour (HiS) use. Working pressure: 14 140MPa(2000psi-20000psi) Nominal bore:1-5 Working temperature: -29 121 C (PU) Rated temperature is class L,P, R, S,T and U as API Spec6A. Gate valve of 350 C or 650 C maximum working temperature and refractory gate valve as API Spec6A are available as required. Working pressure: 2000 20000psi Material grade: AA FF. Performance level: PSL1-4 Performance level: PR1 2 FC Flanged Nonrising Stem Flat Gate Valve Integral joint Types: L joint, major radius 90 elbow, T joint, Y joint divided manifold joint cross joint, fishtail joint, stereo divided manifold joint, stereo cross joint and stereo Y joint. Various types are available including types for normal-temperature low-temperature and severe (H2S) use. Integral joint against H2S is manufactured as NACE MR 0175 standard. The part easily eroded for fluid turning or washout is reinforced to prolong its service life. Integral joint of special application or specification is also available as required. FC series flat valve Expanding gate valve Full bore design eliminates efficiently pressure drop and vortex, and washing by solids in fluid Special sealing lowers switch torque. Metal-to-metal seal is used between bonnet and body, plate and seat. Metal-to-metal seal between plate and seat, and the surface is weld overly with hard alloy, which has corrosion resistance features and wear resistance. Fixed plate fixes seat ring, insuring good stability. The stem with back seal can replace stem seal ring under pressure easily. One side of bonnet is equipped with sealing grease injection valve in order to supply sealing grease and improve the seal and lubrication performance of the plate and theseat. Different pneumatic (hydraulic) actuator can be completed as required. Full bore design eliminates efficiently pressure drop and vortex, and washing by solids in fluid. Segregate expanding type structure applied in valve plate. Low torque operation and low wastage during opening and closing. Metal seal between bonnet and body. Soft seal or metal seal between plate and seat. Inject sealing grease through injection valve regularly to improve seal performance.

Mud gate valve Hard seal gate valve Mud gate valve is mainly used for mud circulation system of oil field or mine to control the mud flow and close. They are threaded connections, easy for quick installation with great rigidity, safety and reliability. Parallel-type elastic sealing between valve seat and gate has good sealing performance and is easy to open. Connection of both ends of valve with pipes is sealed with spherical movable contacts, combined with the O rubber rings. Z23Y,Z43Y,Z63Y hard seal gate valve series are mainly used for drilling fluid manifold, petrochemical and other industrial high-pressure pipeline. lt is easy for quick installation with great rigidity, safety and reliability. Paralleltype elastic sealing between valve seat and gate has good sealing performance and is simple to open. Connection of both ends of valve with pipes is sealed with spherical movable contacts, combined with the 0 rubber rings. Straightness of both ends is not so much important when installing this type of joints and with a good sealing performance.

Check valve Positive choke valve This product is designed and manufactured in full compliance with requirements of API Spec 6A Specification for Wellhead and Christmas Tree Equipment, which can match and be interchanged with any other equipment of API Spec6A. The sealing of the check valve is done by the metal-to-metal type between the valve trim and the valve body applied by medium pressure. The greater the pressure is, the tighter the sealing. Pipe line pressure can be borne in valve cavity at all times. Valve body is made of forged alloy steel with strong mechanical properties, which withstands high pressure and is safe and reliable. Valve bonnet and body are bolt-connected, reliably sealed by sealing rings in bonnet and body wall sealing. This leaves very small space between bonnet and body (actually no space as designed) to reduce the corrosion from corrosion medium on bolts and holes and lower the bolt load. Valve trim and valve body sealing surfaces are bead-welded with hard alloy, so that they have superior performance of wear and corrosion resistance. The valve trim is made of anti-sulfur steel, and other parts are with hardness restriction, so that the valve can be used in H2S environment impact. Adjustable choke valve Design features: Positive choke valve changes choke beans in different bore diameters to control flow. Choke bean is made of hard alloy or ceramic with the feature of abrasion resistance and water resistance. Union connection is applied in valve bonnet to change bean easily. Working Pressure Nominal bore 2000~20000PSI 21/16 ~41/16 Adjustable choke valves are classified as needle choke valve, barrel choke valve, wedge choke valve and orifice choke valve. Valve needle and trim are made of hard alloy with the abrasion, washing and corrosion feature resistance. It is vital in adjusting flow, pressure and closing. Needle structure is mainly applied in Christmas tree, barrel, wedge and orifice structure in choke manifold.

Hydraulic safety valve Plug valve Hydraulic safety valve consists of safety standby valves and hydraulic actuators. It is the executive unit of the well safety system. Under normal condition, high pressure oil is pumped into the cavity in the upper part of the actuator, pressing the spring at the bottom to open the valve. ln case the well head is under dangerous pressure, control unit will response to the signal passed from the sensor, and unload pressure on the cylinder and the spring will bounce back and drive the valve stem to close the valve and the well assembly, ensuring equipment safety. Hydraulic actuator installed in reverse action gate valve Plug valve is an indispensable device for connecting high-pressure manifold during well cementation and fracturing in oil fields or mines, and also applied in similar high-pressure fluid control. With the characteristics of compact structure, easy maintenance, small torque demands, quick and easy operation, the valve is an ideal device for well cementation and fracturing. Plug valve is mainly composed of the body, hand wheel, plunger and other parts. Inlet and outlet of plug valve adopt 1502 union connection (or as customer s request). Matching surface between the body and lining is cylindrical, and the sealing parts are inlaid on the external circular of the lining. Metal cylinder sealing is used between the plug and the liner, featuring precision matching and reliable sealing. Note: Easy opening or closing available even under high pressure as 15000psi. The high-pressure movable elbow is a metal pipe joint with ball bearing that are 1 to 4 with working pressure of 14-140MPa ( 2000psi 20000psi). It is feasible to provide various models of movable elbows used under normal temperature, low temperature and sulfurous gas as well as the maintenance packages. The movable elbows have 2 types: major radius elbow and short radius elbow. The major radius movable elbow has a smooth drift diameter, which can minimize the resistance generated when liquid passes, the resistance to erosion and corrosion of fluid for the wall thickness at the turning position of major radius elbow is better than that of short radius elbow. However, short radius elbow is also used in consideration to limit the pressure for field installation. Movable manifold should be regularly inspected, lubricated, hydraulic sealing tested and its seal ring replaced for safety. Operating principle A hydraulic control system is used to close or open the annular preventer. When used to close the BOP, high pressure oil is directed to the dosing chamber positioned at the lower side of the Piston, causing the piston to move upwards. The packing unit is compressed by the moving piston. Connected with the BOP top cover, the packing unit cannot move upwards and is forced to the center of the well to pack off a string or seal off the well. When opening the well the reverse valve of hydraulic control system is shifted, directing the high pressure oil into the opening chamber at the upper side of the piston to drive the piston downwards. The closing chamber will then recede, stopping the pressure on the packing unit allowing the well to open.
