Sales- and delivery terms 1 This price list cancels all previously published price lists. The terms and conditions apply to standard range, i.e. products and variants shown in the price list. 2 All prices are in EUR, exclusive VAT. 3 Orders are finally confirmed only when a written order confirmation is available. BETINGELSER CONDITIONS 4 Terms of delivery for Germany and the Netherlands: Orders are delivered DDP (Delivered, Duty Paid); however, a dispatch- and freight fee will be charged. All orders for an invoice amount below 250 will be charged 20.-. All orders for an invoice amount below 500 will be charged 30.-. Terms of delivery for all other countries: Orders are delivered EXW Vemmelev (Ex Works). Partial deliveries normally after agreement. We are not liable for any loss incurred as a result of delays in delivery. 5 The terms of payment in force at the time in question must always be observed. By violation of the agreed dates of payment as shown in invoice interests will be charged of outstanding amounts. BETINGELSER CONDITIONS 6 A 2 year guarantee is granted for manufacturing defects on standard products within our conference chair range and a 5 year guarantee is granted on standard products within our office chair range. Damages as a result of abuse or normal wear and tear on upholstery, surface treatment etc. are not covered by this guarantee. 7 Damage in transit, complaints and complaints of defects and faults by delivery must be notified in writing no later than 8 days from date of delivery. 8 Goods can be returned only according to a previous written arrangement. Non-standard goods and specially made goods cannot be returned. By cancellation and alterations of written confirmed orders where production has started, a fee of 25% for standard goods and 100% for non-standard goods and specialities is charged. products are customer-specific and only produced to order. Therefore all delivered products are not returnable. When changing or cancelling orders already confirmed in writing where production has commenced incurred costs will be invoiced.
