Keep all stock components removed from machine. o not tighten hardware completely unless noted. 1. Remove (4) olts and (4) Spacers from Steering racket. See Fig. 1. 2. Remove Rectifier. See Fig. 2. 3. Remove Lower Shaft from Rack and Pinion. See Fig. 3. 4. Install Steering Shaft () to Rack and Pinion with supplied hardware. See Fig. 4. 5. Install Motor Mount (M) to Motor () with M8-1.25 x 25mm Lg. FHS (G) and attach assembly to Steering Shaft () with supplied hardware. See Fig. 5. Tighten completely. 6. Install U-Joint () to Steering Shaft and Motor () with supplied hardware. See Fig. 7 and U-Joint onnection. Tighten completely. 7. Install Mounting racket () to Frame: Fig. 8 - Use Rectifier hardware to hold in place. - Measure 6 from Support hardware. - Mark and drill as shown. - Secure with M8-1.25 x 55mm Lg. HHS (R), M8 Flat Washers (P), and M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts (Q). 8. Reinstall Rectifier to Mounting racket () with M6-1.0 x 35mm Lg. HHS (J), M6 Lock Washers (L), M6 Flat Washers (K) and (2) stock Spacers (removed during Step 1). See Fig. 8. 9. Join Mounting racket () and Motor Plate (M) with M8-1.25 x 25mm Lg. HHS (N), M8 Flat Washers (P), and M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts (Q). See Fig. 9. 10. Install EU (E) to Mounting racket () with M6-1.0 x 16mm Lg. HHS (H) and connect Wiring Harness (F). See Fig. 10, onnections, and Wiring etails. 11. Remove Reverse Lockout able and install Lockout racket (S) with M6-1.0 x 16mm Lg. HHS (V), M6 Flat Washers (K), and M6-1.0 Nylock Nut (W). See Fig. 11. 12. o not include (2) remaining stock Spacers when resecuring Steering racket. 13. Tighten all hardware completely.
