Series 600 Triple offset valve will always stay more than your expectation. 2nd Offset 3rd Offset 1st offset Shaft locates away from the center of the Disc and Body. The axis of the shaft is placed behind the centerline of the sealing point. 1st Offset 2nd offset Shaft center is offset to the centerline of the valve. Deformation and stress on all pressure retaining parts are calculated and reviewed, and marginal forces are added to the actual design so that the valve has a proper and enough safety factor. With assist of combined computerized systems and software, a sealing construction and pressure retaining parts, including bolting, are designed by the simulation work under actual working conditions and various piping situations. Materials being used for Series 600 Triple offset valve are selected and recommended according to the analysis proceeded with the given applications to provide customers with multiple choices and diverse options in the application of valves. We consider as many factors as we can with field experiences and customer's feed backs. The calculation and analysis are strengthened with various shop tests and inspections such as cycling test, torque test, friction test on the sealing and packing.

Seat & Sealing Metal & Graphite laminate body seat and secondary solid disc seat are machined geometrically and mirror finished to reduce friction on the sealing surface and to achieve the design goals; bi-directional tight shut off long durability without rubbing and jamming of sealing parts during operation. All majo parts incorporated with primary seats are specially designed and arranged to preven interference between each part in metal-to metal sealing mechanism. Laminate seat is located on the body to avoid direct exposure to the media passing through the surface of seat and eventually reduce dynamic friction by the media and extend the durability of the seat. Laminate body seat is indirect to the flow and less susceptible to erosion by the flow.
