Order 12 volts socket kit C-HK-181 separately (if desired) CM006831 Rear mounting plate CM008222 Driver side trim panel Main Console Housing CM006193 Floor bracket (one each side) IMPORTANT NOTE: Install CM006193 floor brackets to existing OEM mount points as follows. Between bracket and hump, use 1/2 spacers at rear and 3/4 spacers at front. RE: Police Pursuit Vehicle without center seat or OEM console Use 3/8 x 1.75 self threading bolts and 3/8 flat washers and spacers RE: Retail Tahoe or PPV (code A95) with OEM center console or PPV with center seat Remove console or seat and use 10mm x 45mm bolts and 3/8 flat washers and spacers Photos currently do not show the new speaker vents in the side trim panels. It is up to the installer to determine if a speaker or other device can be mounted behind these vents for their specific application.
View of 2015 Tahoe transmission hump between front seats Install CM006193 floor brackets to existing OEM mount points. Use 10mm x 45mm bolts and 3/8 flat washers if the vehicle had a factory center console or seat installed. Use 3/8 x 1.75 self-threading bolts and washers if vehicle does not have the center seat or console. Between bracket and hump, use 1/2 spacers at rear and 3/4 spacers at front. Place console on the floor brackets and line up to dash and the slots in the track. Using the opening in the bottom of the console attach the 1/4" serrated nuts (GSM30023) to the bolts Place the Rear Mounting Plate (CM006831) behind the console and line up with the tabs. Using the 2 hole slip in the 1/4 serrated nuts and attach to the bolts. Loosely attach the electrical accessory mounting plate (CM005915) to the console U bracket with 1/4 x 3/4" Hex bolts and washers. (forward mount tabs face down)
Attach driver side trim panel to console with four (4) #8 x 3/8 Torx head sheet metal screws. Attach passenger side trim panel the same way as driver side. Note: This photo shows the OEM 120 volt socket mounted in the side trim after metal knockout plate has been removed. OEM wire ties and tape may need to be cut in order to have enough wire to extend to this location. Splicing four (4) wire extensions may also be required. Wire and eight (8) butt connectors for extensions must be supplied by the installer. Once both side trim panels are attached check for final fitment and tighten all hardware Console housing installation complete Install 2 inch panel C-EB20-USD1-1P for OEM 12 volt socket and Aux module (if desired) Console shown with C-CUP-I-A11 cup holder and equipment bracket Console mounted with optional C-ARM-104
