In this particular case, the value of the goods exported from Canada to Mexico is equal to the value of Mexican imports from Canada, reported by BANXICO. These values are the most accurate records to calculate Canada's exports to Mexico. However, it is worth highlighting the combination of data sources is subject to limitations on its interpretation, especially when this information is used to set up the market share Mexico has in Canada's total trade and exports. In this particular case, the value of the goods exported from Canada to Mexico and USA is equal to the value of Mexican imports from Canada, reported by BANXICO and the value of United States imports from Canada, reported by USDOC. These values are the most accurate records to calculate Canada's exports to Mexico and USA. However, it is worth highlighting the combination of data sources is subject to limitations on its interpretation, especially when this information is used to set up the market share Mexico and USA have in Canada's total trade and exports.
