1. Window stay n 35140-901, -902 and -903 The window stay restricts the opening angle of the window in turn position. The window stay is required in public buildings. A11.16 The window stay should be used for safety purposes or where the opening arc may be obstructed. The position of the stay will dictate the opening angle of the window. The window stay is detachable by turning rivet R with a 4 mm hexagon key. 2. Additional arm n 30140-560 and 30340-560 An additional arm may be used on vents over 1400 mm wide. The additional arm provides greater stability, especially for wide and heavy windows in tilt position. The additional arm is non-handed and can only be used for CHRONO and CHRONO INVISION. 3. Narrow and small windows 3.1. Sets for small windows Set n 30000-702 With connection piece This set can be used for turn-tilt windows, tilt-turn windows, side hung windows as well as tilt windows with vertically mounted handle. The set is only available for CHRONO standard and CHRONO PLUS. Set n 30000-702 contains a connection piece n 30000-701 for standard handle. Size range: vent height Fh = 480-600 mm. Procedure: Determine rod lengths and cut off rods n 30300-160. Drill hole ø6 mm in the rod. With lockcase These sets n 30000-722 and 30000-723 can be used for turn-tilt windows, tilt-turn windows, side hung windows as well as tilt windows with vertically mounted handle. The sets below are only available for CHRONO standard and CHRONO PLUS. Set n 30000-722 Set n 30000-723 Sets: N 30000-722: with lockcase for operation with clip-on handle n 4000-209. 3.2. Rod for narrow windows Cut-off rod n 30001-551 in zinc alloy which is mounted between the corner transmission and the link arm. This rod is also used for CHRONO PLUS and SAFE. Size range: CHRONO standard and PLUS: vent width 390-450 mm. CHRONO SAFE: vent width 410-450 mm. CHRONO INVISION standard and PLUS: vent width 400-460 mm. CHRONO INVISION SAFE: vent width 420-460 mm. CHRONO INVISI standard and PLUS: vent width 490-550 mm. CHRONO INVISI SAFE: vent width 510-550 mm. Must be ordered separately. Installation: 1. Corner transmission Disconnect (and break) the snap-off pin and pull out the toothed part out all the way. Cut the toothed part at the indication groove. Position this piece again in accordance with the position of the broken snap-off pin. 2. Rod n 30001-551 Cut the rod in accordance with the vent width at the appropriate indication groove. 3. Link arm Remove (by using a tool) the connection piece of the link arm. The rod 30001-551 is to be connected to the link arm hole. 4. Connection Connect the 3 pieces to each other. A11.16.06

5. Night vent device n 30140-861 General The 12 mm night vent position device allows you to ventilate without significant heat and energy loss. Economical and discrete. The night vent position device is especially developed for turn-tilt windows and sets the window in a ventilation position of 12 mm by means of a special wedge on the frame. The frame part is mounted at a fixed distance from the top and the vent part is mounted below the corner transmission. This night vent position device can be turned off and ensures a perfect operation of your window. Very simple operation: if the device is disengaged: standard tilt opening of ±170 mm = summer position if the device is operational: tilt opening is restricted to 12 mm = winter position The night vent position device n 30140-861 is suitable for frame groove of 14/18 mm and frame groove of 10/14 mm. 6. Night vent device n 30140-860 General The 4 mm night vent position device allows you to ventilate without significant heat and energy loss. Economical and discreet. The night vent position device, which is placed on the top side, is especially developed for turn-tilt windows and sets a ventilation position of 4 mm by means of a special wedge on the frame. The frame part is mounted at a fixed distance from the hinge side and the vent part is mounted close to the corner transmission. The ventilation position is reached between the tilt position and the turn position, when the handle is turned over an angle of 45. 9. Adjustable wedge n 30140-801 Wedge n 30140-801 is adjustable to increase or decrease the compression of the vent gasket. This can be important to ensure wind and water tightness of the window. The wedge is black passivated and can be applied for a frame groove of 14/18 mm and a frame groove of 10/14 mm. The adjustment range of the wedge is from -1 mm to +2 mm: position -1: more compression position 0: normal position position +2: less compression There are 3 marks on the wedge which indicate the 3 positions: A11.16.20
10. CHRONO INVISION installation set n 32100-952 Drive short spinner A11.16 The drive short spinner has an ergonomic high-strength bi-material handle. The spinner is resistant to common chemicals. Chrome finish. Performance: according to ISO 3315, DIN 3122 and NF ISO 3315. Universal joint with hexagon The universal joint with embossed hexagon is slowed by a spring.
