WIPE SEAL Nitrile wiper seal to prevent dust from entering into the cylinder. CUSHION SEAL Self-centering Nitrile cushion seals provide smooth deceleration at end of stroke and quick start at beginning of stroke. END SEAL Leak-proof tubing end seal. TUBE Seamless steel tube precision honed and hard chrome plated to ensure low friction, resistance to corrosion and wear and long seal life. TIE OD High strength Carbon steel Tie rods hold the end covers in position at all pressures, protect the tube and help absorb shock loads. OD SEAL Projecting lip-type Nitrile rod seal effectively seals inside pressure. Seal cannot turn, roll or blow-out at any pressure. PISTON OD High-yield strength Carbon steel piston rod precision ground and hard chrome plated for wear resistance and leak-proof performance of rod seal. PISTON High grade Cast iron piston and rod bearings. PISTON SEAL Mechanically locked-in position, self energising Nitrile rubber Cup seals for low friction, positive sealing and long life.
