Before using the machine, make sure that it is provided with the identification Label. In case the identification Label is missing, do not use the machine and consult your dealer immediately. The identification Label with the technical specification is fixed to the chassis. Check that the mains voltage is the same as shown on the identification label. This appliance is designed exclusively for washing by means of a pressurised water jet objects, things or surfaces eligible to be treated by the mechanical action of a pressurised water jet and by the possible chemical action of liquid detergent additives. The liquid detergent additives must be chosen in accordance with the chemical compatibility of the surface to be washed. IMPORTANT: use only biodegradable detergents with ph value between 7 and 12. These detergents must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in the country in which they are used. THE DESTINATION OF USE OF THIS MACHINE MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO. ANY OTHER USE MUST BE CONSIDERED AS INCORRECT. THE MANUFACTURER CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY INCORRECT USE OF THE MACHINE. THE MACHINE MUST NOT BE TAMPERED WITH FOR ANY REASON. 1. Keep the Machine out of the reach of children. GENERAL PRECAUTION FOR USE 2. High pressure water jets are potentially dangerous if used incorrectly. In particular, the jet must not be directed against persons or animals, electrical equipment or the machine itself. Do not use the machine when persons and/or animals are within the reach of the jet. 3. The user must operate the machine in safe conditions and situations avoiding any situation of potential danger to himself or other persons. In particular, the user will have to: Avoid operating in unstable balance conditions. Remember that the high pressure jet generates a recoil when the gun is opened. The force of this recoil changes according to the model and is given in the technical data chart. Use adequate protection clothing. Wear protective goggles and anti-split rubber shoes. Avoid contaminating the environment with polluting, toxic or harmful substances. 4. This machine is built in compliance with the requirements of the current safety regulations 5. Before using the machine, inspect high pressure hose to make sure it is not damaged. In case of repacement make sure the new hose had at least the same specification as the original one. Technical specifications (maximum working pressure, date of manufacturing, name of manufacturer) must be marked on the outer sleeve of the hose. 6. While the machine is running, do not cover it and do not place it in an enclosed space with insufficient ventilation. 7. For the sake of safety use only original spare parts and accessories. THE MANUFACTURER DECLINES ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY NON- COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESTINATION OF USE, WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS CONTAINED IN THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL. PRECAUTIONS AGAINST FROST If the unit is to be stored in a place where there is risk of freezing, we suggest feeding some anti-freeze into the pump. In any case, to avoid any risk, we suggest you place the unit in a worm room, for a few minutes, before using. OIL CHANGE/CHECK The oil level must be checked periodically. The first and most important oil change must be made after the first 50 working hours. Following this, we suggest an oil change after every 300 working hours or at least once a year. Oil Type : SAE 20/30 Oil capacity: 1. 1,2 For the motor oil change to refer to the enclose manual 3
INSTALLATION CONNECTION TO WATER SUPPLY 1. The maximum temperature of the inlet water must not exceed 60 C (140 F). 2. Connect the water supply to the quick couplings (Pos. 12) by means of a reinforced hose (minimum 15 bar/200 psi) with internal diameter of no less than 13 mm (1/2"). 3. Considering that the water flow decreases in accordance with the lenght of the hose, make sure that the minimum quantity of water reaching the machine is in accordance with the one shown on the identification label on the machine. 4. Make sure that the machine is fed with clean water during use. Running the machine without water, or with dirty, sandy water or containing corrosive chemicals, causes serious damage to the machine. STARTING For the first use, let the water run out until the water flow appears steady, clear and airless without fitting the lance. 1. Connect one end of the high pressure hose to the trigger gun (Pos. 18) and the other to the quick coupling (Pos. 14) 2. Now you can turn on the water. 3. Turnthe fuel valve to the on position. 4. Move the choke lever to the closed position. 5. Move the throttle control level slightly to the left. 6. Turn the engine switch to the on position. 7. Pull the starter grip lightly untill resistance is felt, then pull briskly. 8. As the engine warms up, gradually move the choke lever to the open position. * To refer to the Honda manual enclose. STOPPING THE HIGH PRESSURE MACHINE 1. Turn the temperature switch 2 on the position zero. 2. To release in working the machine for same minutes. 3. Turn the 1 switch on the position zero. 4. Move the thrttle controll lever fully to the right. 5. Turn the engine switch to the off position. 6. Turn the fuel valve to the off position. * To refer to the Honda manual enclose. 4
