FIREBELL High Pressure Fog / Jet Gun Firebell make NXT-200 high pressure Fog/Jet Gun with foam extension (optional) will be made of high strength hard anodized light Aluminium Alloy, designed for operational safety and effective optimum fire extinguishing capacity. It will be able to adjust the discharge jet pattern into four operational conditions: 1) Full Jet 2) Narrow Spray 3) Wide Spray 4) Self Protection Water Shield The change over for different spray patterns shall be accomplished in split seconds merely by rotating the grip. The design of the gun shall allow the draining/flushing of the impurities up to 5.0 mm during operation. The gun shall have specially designed wear resistant stainless steel piston valve. The gun shall have inbuilt shock absorbing abilities which shall absorb the water hammer effect to ensure safety to the hose, hose reel and the pump.
FIREBELL Skid Mounted Fire Pump 1. GENERAL The MFS LP 2400 is a self contained fire pump driven by a close coupled diesel engine and mounted on a heavy duty base plate for fixed installation. The complete unit is designed for extended fire pump duty, and every consideration has been given to ease of operation and servicing. The pump and engine combination is supported on antivibration mounts to cut down noise and vibration. 2. PERFORMANCE The typical output of this unit is 2400 l/min @ 7 bars total head when operating from 3m static suction lift. 3. ENGINE SKID MOUNTED FIRE PUMP The pump is driven by a close coupled TATA 497 Turbo Diesel Engine The engine is supplied complete with: Alternator Radiator Starter motor 12v battery Oil filter Fuel filter Oil cooler Cooling fan Exhaust silencer. Air cleaner Heat Exchanger Fuel tank capacity for more than 3 hours running as standard 4. INSTRUMENTS A comprehensive illuminated weatherproof control and instrument panel is fitted in a convenient position close to the pump and includes the following: Pump pressure gauge Pump suction compound gauge Panel light Engine water temperature gauge Engine oil pressure gauge Battery condition meter Fuel contents gauge Tachometer (Optional)

PUMP Close coupled to the engine through a flexible coupling is a Firefly MFS LP series Gunmetal pump which is suitable for general use. The main shaft is stainless steel, the renewable casing wear rings are of gunmetal and the shaft is supported by two sealed ball bearings. Shaft sealing is by the well known Firefly automatic mechanical seal incorporating a carbon seal running on a stainless steel counterface. The mechanical seal is preloaded and requires no maintenance or attention during its life. 6. SUCTION COUPLINGS 4 round thread suction inlet 7. DISCHARGE COUPLINGS 2 x 2.5 instantaneous screw down delivery outlets 8. PRIMING Priming is provided by the well proven Firefly Primatic primer, giving fully automatic operation. Primer is capable of priming to a depth of 8m. 9. BASE FRAME The complete unit is mounted on a substantial base frame, which is provided with slots for fork truck lifting. Eight mounting holes are drilled in the base to allow permanent fixing. The fuel tank and battery are accommodated in the base frame.
