2. SAFTY INSTRUCTIONS 2.1 Trnsporting RISK OF LCTRIC SHOCK Do not open unless for Qulified Personnel Plese red crefully the instructions before working on this product. 1. Disconnect ll power cbles if necessry. 2. Be creful not to dmge the UPS while trnsporting. 3. Don t move the UPS upside down. 4. Plese trnsport the UPS system only in the originl pckging to protect it ginst shock nd impct. 2.2 Positioning 1. Do not put the UPS on rugged or declined surfce. 2. Do not instll the UPS system ner wter or in dmp environments. 3. Do not instll the UPS system where it would be exposed to direct sunlight or ner het. 4. Do not block off ventiltion openings in the UPS system s housing nd don t leve objects on the top of the UPS. 5. Keep the UPS fr wy from het emitting sources. 6. Do not expose it to corrosive gs. 7. Ambient temperture : 0-40 2.3 Instlltion 1. Connect the UPS system only to n erthed shockproof socket outlet. 2. Plce cbles in such wy tht no one cn step on or trip over them. 2.4 Opertion 1. Do not disconnect the mins cble on the UPS system or the building wiring socket outlet during opertions since this would cncel the protective erthing of the UPS system nd of ll connected lods. 2. The UPS hs its own power source (btteries). The output terminls my be live even when the UPS is not connected to the AC supply. 3. nsure tht no fluids or other foreign objects cn enter the UPS system. 2.5 Mintennce nd Service 1. ven fter the unit is disconnected from the mins power supply (building wiring socket outlet), components inside the UPS system re still connected to the bttery nd re still electriclly live nd dngerous. 2. Before crrying out ny kind of servicing nd/or mintennce, disconnect the btteries nd verify tht no current is present. 3. Btteries my cuse electric shock nd hve high short-circuit current. Plese tke the precutionry mesures specified below nd ny other mesures necessry when working with btteries: - remove wristwtches, rings nd other metl objects - use only tools with insulted grips nd hndles.

When instlling the electricl wiring, plese note the nominl mperge of your incoming feeder. 3. Inspect the pckging crton nd its contents for dmge. Plese inform the vendor immeditely if you find signs of dmge. Plese keep the pckging in sfe plce for future use. 4. Plese ensure tht the incoming feeder is isolted nd secured to prevent it from being switched bck on gin. 4.1 Front Pnel Description ( 1 ) 3.2 Connection UPS Input nd Output Connection: Connect the input nd output wires to the corresponding input nd output terminls ccording to the following digrm. LCD Disply: indictes the UPS opertion informtion, including UPS sttus, input/output voltge, input/output frequency, bttery cpcity, output lod, temperture, etc. 2. Bttery: press to disply Bttery Voltge nd Lod percentge on the LCD Disply 5. Fult LD (red): indictes the UPS is in fult condition becuse of inverter shutdown or btteries needs to be replced. 6. Bck Up LD (yellow): To indicte the UPS is in bttery bck-up mode. 7. Norml LD (green): To indicte the UPS is operting normlly.

5.1 Check Prior to Strt Up 1. nsure the UPS is in suitble positioning. 2. Check input cord is secured. 3. Mke sure the lod is disconnected or in the OFF position. 4. Check if input voltge meets the UPS rting required. 6.2 Norml Opertion There re two min loops when AC utility is norml: the AC loop nd the bttery chrging loop. The AC output power comes from AC utility input nd psses through sttic switch to support power to lod. The bttery chrging voltge comes from AC utility input nd converted by AC/DC chrger to support btterychrging power. 5.2 Storge Instruction Disconnect input power in rer pnel if you will not use it for long period. If the UPS is stored over 3 months, plese keep supplying power to the UPS for t lest 24 hours to ensure bttery fully rechrged. 6. OPRATION MODS OF TH UPS 6.1 UPS System Block Digrm 6.3 AC Utility Filure (Bttery Mode) The AC output comes from bttery, pssing through DC/AC inverter nd sttic switch within the bttery bckup time.
