That the Parking Committee recommend to Council that pay and display parking machines be purchased. One machine to be located at the Albert Street Parking Lot (Lot 4) and the other at Market Square Parking Lot (Lot 2). That the Parking Committee recommend to Council that parking enforcement software be purchased to monitor parking and that additional resources be put in place as required. That the Parking Committee recommend to Council that additional parking signage be posted. That the Parking Committee recommend to Council that parking permits be issued for Lot 1 (Lower Front Street), Lot 3 (Albert Street Lot) and part of 2 (Market Square Lot). That the Parking Committee recommend to Council that additional illumination be installed in parking lots 1, 2 and 3.
