PROPOSED LAND USE ORDINANCE NO. 834 Individual and General Notice 2018-05 June 15, 2018 The Washington County Planning Commission and Board of Commissioners (Board) will soon consider proposed. Listed below is a description of the ordinance, hearing dates and other relevant information. ORDINANCE PURPOSE AND SUMMARY: includes minor clean up changes to the Transportation System Plan (TSP) and the Community Development Code (CDC) related to transportation. Proposed are map amendments to the Washington County TSP for consistency with transportation system plan changes made by several cities during recent planning efforts, as well as several other map amendments. CDC amendments include clarifications to the land use review procedures for transportation related maintenance projects. Who is Affected All county residents and visitors are potentially affected by this ordinance. What Land is Affected All incorporated and unincorporated land within Washington County is potentially affected by this ordinance. PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION/LOCATION: Hearings are in the Shirley Huffman Auditorium Hillsboro Civic Center, 150 E. Main St., Hillsboro Planning Commission Board of Commissioners 6:30 p.m. 10 a.m. July 18, 2018 August 21, 2018 At its August 21, 2018 public hearing, the Board may choose to adopt the ordinance, make changes to it, continue the hearing to a future date, or reject the ordinance.
