SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS WORK AREA Keep work area clean, free of clutter and well lit. Cluttered and dark work areas can cause accidents. Keep children and bystanders away while assembling or operating the wagon/cart. Distractions can cause you to lose control, so visitors should remain at a safe distance from the work area. Be aware of all power lines, electrical circuits, water pipes and other mechanical hazards in your work area, particularly those hazards below the work surface hidden from the operator s view that may be unintentionally contacted and may cause personal harm or property damage. Be alert of your surroundings. Using the cart in confined work areas may put you in a dangerous situation. PERSONAL SAFETY Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when using the cart. Do not use the cart while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while operating the cart may result in serious personal injury. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing, dangling objects, or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry or long hair can be caught in moving parts. CART USE AND CARE Do not modify the cart in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair the function and/or safety and could affect the life of the equipment. Always check for damaged or worn out parts before using the cart. Broken parts will affect the cart operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately. WARNINGS: 1. BE AWARE of side hills or steep inclines. Operate on flat surfaces as small inclines or hills can cause wagon to tip over or roll out of control. 2. NEVER use this wagon at speed higher than 5MPH. ASSEMBLY Step 1 Step 2 Assemble the Rear Axle support (#3) onto the main U Frame (#2) using M8x45 bolts (#11) and Lock nuts, Flat washer (#16, #17) Assemble the Front Axle support (#4) onto the main U Frame (#2) using M12 90 bolt (#13) and Lock nut, Flat washer (#14, #18) WAIT TO ATTACH WASHER & NUT UNTIL NEXT STEP Step 3 Step 4 Assemble the Front Axle Brace (#25) onto the Front Axle Support using M12x90 bolt from last step and M8x45 Bolt (#11), washer and lock nuts ( #16, #17) Assemble the Tongue Bracket (#5) onto the front axle support (#4) using M8x65 bolts (#10) and Lock nuts, Flat washer (#16, #17) Step 5 Step 6 Assemble each Wheel using Flat washer and Cotter pin (#19, #20) Assemble the Front, 2 Sides, & Back Fence (#22, #23, #24) onto the Bed using B pins(#21) Step 7 Step 8 Assemble the main U Frame (#2) onto the Bed using M8x45 bolts (#11) and Lock nuts, Flat washers (#16, #17) Assemble the Handle (#8) into the Tongue Bracket using M8x45 bolts (#11) and Lock nut, Flat washer (#16, #17) Page4
Step 9 Step 10 Assemble the handle end (#26) using M8x45 bolt (#11); flat washer, lock nut (#16, #17). Next, attach handle roller tube (#27) into the Handle using M8x150 bolt (#15); flat washer, lock nut(#16, #17) OPTIONAL: Assemble the tow hitch adapter (#6) onto the handle roller tube (#27) using M8 65 bolt(#10); flat washer, lock nut (#16, #17). Bolt M12x170 is for hitch pin; with washer, lock nut (#18, #14) MAINTENANCE Assemble the chain from the bed to the frame. Chain should be tight when wagon bed in fully tipped up. Connect on shorter chain link if needed to keep chain tight. Maintain your cart. It is recommended that the general condition of the hose reel cart be examined before it is used. Keep the hose reel cart in good repair by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the recommended procedures found in this manual. Keep the cart clean. A properly maintained cart will work more effectively. Keep all of parts dry, clean, and free from oil and grease. Cleaning. Use only soap and a damp cloth to clean your cart.
