All welding works conform to AWS standards and all works executed by qualified welders certified to AWS D1.1:1996 standard or equivalent. (Documentary proof must be submitted for verification Trolley designed and suited for heavy-duty operation in an open environment. Height of trolley does not exceed 20 inch from ground level and trolley able to withstand laden load of at least 2.5 tons at a speed of 25 km/hr. TURNING RADIUS Overall Height : Not to exceed 520mm (roller surface to ground level) Tare weight: Not more than 820 kg Load capacity: Maximum 2.5 tons Must be capable of handling the following unit load devices safely: LD1, LD2 and LD3 4.1 Trolley able to make acute angle turnings (80 degrees) in highly congested areas without dragging effect. Trolleys, of at least 6 in a train, must be able to be towed in a single file without snaking. (This especially applies to cornering and within narrow passages so that the trolleys do not hit curbs or get dislodged).

2 S/N TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FORCONTAINER TRAILER LD1 TO LD3 COMPLY NON COMPLIANCE 5 TOW BAR & TOW HITCH Warranty provided that tow bar and tow hitch is of sufficient capacity to withstand shearing and braking forces of a chain of fully laden trolleys. Tow bar to install safety 5.1 cable to prevent runaway CT when shaft is broken or sheared off. Tow-bar shaft housing to install grease nipple for lubrication. The tow hitch s details are enclosed in Annex A. 6 PLATFORM TURNTABLE 6.1 Top platform turntable assemblies able to withstand impact of 2.5 tons momentum with a safety factor of 2 times. To install Turntable dimension of 400mm. Platform is leveled and seated on all supporting rollers. (Turntable s details enclosed in Annex B).To tag weld turntable to frame using MAC-55 - FERRO- NICKEL cored welding electrodes (3.2mm) for cast iron. 2 of RESTRAINT S MECHANISM 7.1 Turntable for front steering assembly of ball-bearing type with a load capacity of 3 tons and mounted on a completely flat and rigid base with at least 50% of flange face adequately supported. Special support catered for web section area and leveled by shim. (Hot work on this part must be well-controlled to prevent distortion to the faces). Shear load on mounting bolts eased by welded blocks at strategic points. All moving parts greased. All stopper mechanisms of high tensile material (preference given to Krupp 7225 STD or equivalent) and welded with proper structural supports.(restraint s mechanism details enclosed in Annex C). 7.2 To install L Shape stoppers at both end (Safety Stopper). Details in Annex D 8 FRONT STEERING Front steering assembly easily manipulated by one under both laden and unladen 8.1 load conditions. 9 WHEEL SHAFT, HUB AND TIRES

Axle and spindle shaft do not have significant wear when traveling at optimal speed. Tires are to be solid cushioned (400x 8) with 6-stud brakeless rim and hub. Internal of wheel hubs & bearings must be packed with grease. (400x8 wheel assy. Detail enclosed in Annex B) Red loctite 271 must be applied during fastening of the wheel hub. IN-LINE Tow hitch in line with tow bar (if possible) and tow bar in line with lower rung of tow 10.1 tractor. WEIGHT & UNIT NUMBER 3 of Trolley weight sufficient for good wheel traction but not too heavy to prevent ease of operation. Tare weight engraved at both ends of turntable. Unit identification numbers to be cut-out type numbers and welded onto structure on both sides PAINTWORK Structure to be coated with a layer of red lead primer (water based type) and finishing 12.1 coat shall be 2 coats of SATS corporate colors. (Shall be advised). Weight and unit ROLLERnumber of trolley printed on equipment. Rollers of heavy duty type with shaft diameter of 20mm and with a galvanized coat Roller does now show significant dent or corrosion when knocked by hard object (Rollers details enclosed in Annex C) BRAKE Brakes installed at front of trolley & must be actuated by tow bar in upright & down 14.1 position during empty or fully laden operation (Brake assembly s details enclosed in Annex D). MAIN STRUCTURE / TURNTABLE LOCKING UNIT 15.1 Details of main structure enclosed in Annex E

Supplier to perform all necessary inspections and tests to show that the dolleys meet all specifications.
