A lot of work has been going on behind the scenes at CNH / IVECO parts warehouse at St Mary s in Sydney to increase and improve parts availability and supply. A huge amount of money has been spent in development, shelving and process to increase service levels to the customer. Having visited St Mary s last year and only recently last month, there has been some exciting implementation in the St Mary s Warehouse. Three vertical carousels have been installed with each machine having unique locations. New Racking has been installed also, the entire warehouse has been restocked to ensure better service levels, parts availability and supply to the Dealer network and their customers. Having gone through a similar refurbishment in our own Warehouse at Rocklea just over two years ago, the benefits can be seen in our supply and service levels to our customers. With the added improvements now almost complete in Sydney this will boost our supply efficiencies and commitment to keep you on the road. 3 SOLO WASTE VOUCHES FOR IVECO PARTS SERVICE! Well known and respected fleet Solo Waste who are seen around the southern end of Gold Coast and into Northern NSW for their striking fleet of green and white vehicles running around cleaning up the streets. Since as far back as 2003 Solo Waste have reached out to Brisbane Iveco Parts to support them with parts supply for their growing fleet of ACCOs (currently around the 400 mark) and the rest of their fleets needs where possible. Solo Waste have depots all over Australia, but when it comes to Chinderah/ Bangalow and Lismore Brisbane Iveco have their well-known Parts Representative running around the area. Trevor Dickson is known for his service and ease of contact and his yes we can approach to his job.
