Citation 2. Amendment of the Fourth Schedule to Cap. 69:03 (Sub. Leg.) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on the Minister of Transport and Communications by section 28 of the Road Transport (Permits) Act, the following Regulations are hereby made- 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Transport (Permits) Citation (Amendment) Regulations, The Road Transport (Permits) Regulations are amended by substituting for the Fourth Schedule therein, the following new Schedule - Amendment of the Fourth Schedule to Cap.69:03 (Sub. DISCONTINUATION OF PERMIT If any of the permit fees specified above are paid, and the holder applies for discontinuation of his transport permit before the expiry hereof, or if the Controller should refuse continuation of such transport permit before expiry of the permit, the sum remitted shall not be refundable. 18.
