Some companies literally strap on a Sonic Head to a conventional drill rig. Terra Sonic Rigs are built as SONIC Rigs from the ground up and are designed by and for Sonic Drillers. Terra Sonic International offers all of the following to our customers: Our drillers have an average of ten years of experience operating Sonic Drill Rigs. Our drillers have worked in numerous formations in thirty-eight states and on three continents. The Terra Sonic Drilling Fleet is less than two years old and includes SONIC Truck Rigs, support equipment, full-size SONIC Crawlers, and SONIC Compact Crawlers that address space or height constraints. Terra Sonic Rigs are available from key strategic locations to serve our clients needs. TSi frequently operates multiple SONIC Rigs at the same site to accommodate your scheduling needs. Our Drilling Services Division has never had an OSHA-Recordable incident. Safety is our #1 priority. The Terra Sonic International Products Division manufactures, sells, and supports SONIC Rigs all over the world, which means we have an existing inventory of spare parts, spare SONIC Heads, and Terra Sonic Tooling for all of our rigs. This inventory, together with our in-house team of mechanics, minimizes downtime and keeps your projects on schedule.

5 Terra Sonic International has the newest fleet in the business. Our fleet includes both truck-mounted and crawler-mounted SONIC Drill Rigs and we also offer support vehicles. The TSi 150T SONIC Drill Rig is a truck chassis-mounted unit with a 250 HP ( kw) separate deck engine that powers all drilling and accessory hydraulic functions. Featuring our exclusive TSi 150 Series SONIC Oscillator that efficiently utilizes up to 150 ( kw) HP to generate powerful resonant SONIC energy in the drill string to a rated drilling depth of 800 feet (243.9 m) with 6-inch (152.4 mm) casing, the unit has full rotational drilling capability while oscillating. The TSi 150T is supplied with a 32-foot long mast that has 24.5 feet of head travel to enable tripping in and out of the hole with 20-foot sections of rods that are stacked vertically alongside the mast. The TSi 150T mast can be positioned for drilling angles anywhere between vertical to 45º or shallower angles if required. The mast incorporates an integrated hose management system within its frame and utilizes a drive system that operates the feed frame with half the chain length and rollers of conventional drive methods. For access to any terrain, Terra Sonic offers the TSi 150C SONIC Drill Rig. This crawler-mounted version of the TSi 150T features a 278 HP (207.3 kw) diesel engine that powers all driving, drilling and accessory hydraulic functions. The TSi 150C includes our exclusive TSi 150 SONIC Oscillator that efficiently utilizes up to 150 ( kw) HP to generate powerful resonant SONIC energy in the drill string to a rated drilling depth of 800 feet (243.9 m) with 6-inch (152.4 mm) casing. In addition, the unit has full rotational drilling capability. Our 150C can angle drill anywhere between vertical to 45º or shallower angles if required. For tight access projects, nothing beats the remote operated 150CC. This small yet mighty rig delivers the same power as our larger 150T and 150C but sits on the smallest footprint available. Using the same unique SONIC Head designed into the TSi 150T, the 150CC offers the additional benefit of a compact, easily transportable size. Measuring just 230-1/4" L x 85-3/8" H x 87" W, the TSi 150CC even fits inside a 20 cubic yard sea container and weighs only 26,000 lbs. (11,793 kg). Like our 150T and 150C Rigs, the 150CC has a rated drilling depth of 800 feet (243.9 m) and can angle drill from vertical to 45º or shallower angles if required. The rig is driven via remote control with speed up to 3.35 MPH (5.39 km/hr) and 60% gradeability. The Terra Sonic International Support Truck begins with a Peterbilt Model 348 chassis powered by a Paccar PX-8 350/2200 engine utilizing a Fuller RTO 10 speed transmission. Rear axle load: 40,000 lbs. The chassis includes rear tow hitches. The Support Truck is stabilized and leveled at the job site by four hydraulically operated jack legs.
