Totally resistant construction ideal enclosed for use weather in humid atmosphere. Helical gears in oil bath are used for smooth and quiet operation. The non-reverse relay circuit protects your hoist from damage due to incorrect connection of the hoist to the power source. If three conductors of the power supply cable are not properly terminated, the motor will not start because the non-reverse relay automatically cuts off the power supply to the motor. In such a case, reverse any two of the three conductors. Another feature of the non-reverse relay protects your hoist motor from overheating due to single phase connection of the three conductors. High performance contactor. Allows trouble-free continuous inching and severe frequent operation. Mechanically interlocked. An electric limit-switch mechanism is employed. The hoist is automatically stopped instantly in case of overlifting and overlowering. All electrical devices such as contactors, limit switch and transformer are arranged on a single panel board which allows easier maintenance work. Durable push-button pendant. Dual speed type uses double-action Low-High speed change-over switch. Switching mechanism employs troublefree contacting mechanism. Voltage is reduced to 48V, and the push-button switch is in a high-insulation, reinforced plastic case. The contact-point structure is designed to eliminate problems. "UP" and "ON" buttons are mechanically interlocked for switch operation. Standard length of power supply cable is furnished according to specification tables. The lift and length of the push-button cord must be properly determined for the hoist. At your request, we can provide the electric hoist equipped with push button cord of suitable length for the required lift. Other lifts are available on request. The chain is quenched and tempered. No addition to the chain to increase the length is possible. The chain must be replaced with a new one of desired length. Specify lift required when ordering. Chain containers made of canvas shown in the table below are standard. When the lift of the hoist exceeds the maximum lift values shown in the table, chain containers made of steel are available on request. The standard power supply system for the electric hoists and motorized trolleys is cable type. Current collector system is available on request.
